Repair to leaking pantile roof by conservatory. replacement of damaged felt and battens, reforming and leading valley and replacing tiles/cementing valley edges. Aldridge roofing repaired a leaking pantile roof and previously badly made joint to a conservatory. This involved removing the existing tiles, felt and battens, adding insulation, replacing the felt and battens with breathable membrane, making a new wooden "valley" and lining it with lead, then replacing the tiles and making good. The work took two days and the team were very professional and friendly. The work was completed to a very high standard and the site was left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed.

Removed 2 x rows of existing tiles from eaves and set aside for re-use

As with all good tradesmen there was a delay in scheduling an appointment and subsequent execution of the work. However the timescales were in line with our initial discussions and the quality of the end product was worth waiting for.

Repairing a persistent leak between ourselves and our neighbour by use of a "bonding strip" as they had slates on their roof and we had pantiles. The work was carried out as explained, quickly and efficiently and the site was left clean and tidy afterwards. We were very happy with the finished job and would gladly recommend this firm to anybody.

I was recommended to use Aldridge Roofing by someone who had already used them, I too found them professional and reliable. No hesitation in recommending them.

Strip old felt roof from Flat garage and re fit New roofing felt. Robert came to see us mid July 2020 to review the Garage roof and provide an estimate for work. He provided quote quickly which was very competitive and we agreed to proceed. My only issue was the time to fix a date to do the work which took quite some time. However he did explain the problems during the process and we were not in a hurry for the work to be completed.
Robert confirmed the date for the work provided weather permitted which fortunately it did. They attended when they said they would and completed the job without any issue or concern. The work was neatly and professionally done and I would consider it to be to a high standard and we are very happy.

We needed to have the roof re done , it was only four years old but was leaking a lot! We got a handful of quotes and although it was the most expensive quote Robert gave me confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He was the only person who was here for about an hour talking me through what had been done wrong, what needed to be done. He did drawings that he talked me through and most of all there was no pressure.

I would only ever ask Robert to work on any of our roofs in the future, they have done a brilliant job. You pay for what you get.

Re cemented valleys and verges. Work carried out in a professional and cheerful manner despite the inclement weather at times.
The site was left in a tidy state all rubbish being bagged and removed as the job progressed.
