Supplied and installed two layers of index torch-on felts to a garage flat roof. We contacted Aldridge Roofing at a very late stage of the build as was let down by another company. One phone call and he was here the next day - very impressed!

To replace flat roofing on sun room. Work was carried out efficiently and professionally.

Assess the roof for repair work needed. Carry out the work as defined plus extra work as required to the roof tiles and guttering, to allow for the installation of a Conservatory. Work included removal and replacement of broken tiles, installation of a wooden baton to support the roof where a chimney had been removed,make good gable end corners where tiles were nor sitting correctly, patch repairs to felt, install new breathable membrain felt, install new felt support trays. Always open and honest so you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. Would bend over backwards to assist if emergencies occurred. Reassuring regarding the work needed. As I had never before organised roofing repairs, the reassurance meant a lot.

Lean to roof single story removal of old tiles and existing felt and timber battens. Fit new felt and treated timber battens, re-fix tiles. Install new code 4 lead to side parapets and to back. Work was carried out by Mr.Aldridge with assistance on Day 2 - Work rained off and day 3 afternoon. Every confidence that the problem of water ingress will have been solved. Considerate and very pleasant workmen.

Repair to roof to rectify leak and advice and support in water through brickwork. Swift service. Robert arrived to view the job when advised and indicated when he thought Work could be carried out. Also provided advise and support to rectifying a brickwork issue. Happy with service and would recommend.

First layer Testudo Surebond 2.5mm torch-on underlay
Second layer Nova P5 4mm torch-on black mineral finish
Total area about 150 sq. ft Provided a detailed quote and start date. Came two days early (with my agreement) and finished the job in a day and a half. Left the site tidier than it was beforehand.

Providing new flat roof to replace existing felt and corrugated roofing on woodstore and shed and outdoor utility room. The team arrived early as promised, and when required to attend other work or purchasing materials, the team notified us accordingly. The team made good efforts to keep the work area and surrounding garden clear of waste while working and cleaned up efficiently upon leaving. Additional work was clearly explained and quoted for on the spot. Materials and their purposes were identified, and the opportunity was given to take cheaper alternatives where available. Work was thorough with good attention to detail at stress points on the roofs (corners, exposed woodwork under the roof material). Staff also undertook an on-site survey of a possible problem area on another roof with good grace and ensured that the concerned roof was sound before departing. Team was polite and did not ''talk down'' to the customer. They used clear language to explain what was going on and why certain work was necessary. Guarantee papers are to follow. We are repeat customers of this firm and consider their work to be of the highest quality.

Complete replacement of roofing incl. tiles, membrane felt, insulation, lead, 4 x velux windows, soffits, fascias and guttering Robert, Jason and Jordan started in early January and finished at the end of March. It was a big job, and its fair to say they were impacted by the severe winter weather. Robert would always kept us informed of progress and when they would opt to do some other work especially when we had a week of heavy snow.

We weren''t in any rush. Quality was our priority and they completely delivered on that - absolutely brilliant. The estimate was accurate and he would always explain if there were additional costs, e.g. rotten wood needing replacement.

We had used Robert a few years before to do our flat garage roof, so when it came to doing the house, we didn''t mind waiting in the queue for just over a year.

With Helen keeping the paperwork in order (scheduling and invoicing) it was a pleasure to deal with the whole team.

damage. He was able to complete work on a Saturday, which was a relief as we needed to get the work done quickly. Flat roofing of a small extension built approximately 20 years ago. A small leak occurred 12months ago shown by ceiling staining. It took some time to find someone to tackle such a small job This firm was first approached last autumn together with one other after failing to get a quote from another that had been recommended. By which time the weather had deteriorated so the work was put off until the Spring. As it was a small job the work was only going to take one day which in fact proved to be the case, except for a second day required for them to drop in the next day to complete with a small area of cement.
