Aldridge Roofing (Suffolk)

Aldridges completely re-roofed the front section of my 17th century house, which included refelting, insulation, lead work and new tiles (sympathetic with the property).

They organised all the practical side of it including the road signage (priced separately), scaffolding, all the materials and, of course the legal side of it relating to the council and building regs.

I would highly recommend them and found the team were friendly and up front with all they did.

Repair to garage roof Aldridge Roofing visited on a Saturday morning, exactly on time, made a professional examination of the repairs required and explained them all well. They returned the following Monday and completed the work in the time estimated. The work was to a high professional standard and at a reasonable cost.

Scaffolding erected,Valley repair and repair to flat roof. I have been very pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Aldridge Roofing from start to finish. A difficult situation was dealt with at the start, with a difficult neighbour, and once the work started the two young guys doing the work were so nice and polite and worked so hard, it was a pleasure dealing with them.

I am an elderly widow and it was very comforting not to feel ill at ease with having workmen around!

Replace a poly carbonate conservatory roof / lead flashing. Clean and efficient work. They were friendly and kept us informed on how the work was progressing.

Re-roof cottage, new tiles at rear, replace and wooden shingles at front with slates, interior plastering. All carried out satisfactorily with a view to correct finish.

Take down dodgy adjacent wall and clean bricks in preparation for bricklayer to rebuild. Very good team of roofers, high quality work, friendly, efficient, punctual and reliable.

Robert Aldridge very good at keeping tight control of proceedings, always able to get tradespeople in when necessary so as not to hold up the work, i.e. the rebuilding of a wall which needed doing but not previously priced.

He was also able to take design initiatives, he has a''good eye.''

They have utterly transformed a very ugly kitchen extension as well as renewing the main roof.

Storm damage to barn roof and summer house We engaged Aldredge Roofing for the repairs to the tiling on our barn roof and to replace the complete shingled roof to our summerhouse due to storm damage. We found them to be be prompt and professional with their inspection of the work required and very experienced. Their workmanship is of high quality and we would not hesitate in recomending them to others. They were both polite and friendly to my husband and I and most of all arrived when they arranged and worked full days

New lead roof and underlay. Great communicator, efficient all round and arrived and finished as planned.

This was done, without fuss a few days later.
I was impressed with the speed of response and the quality of work, as well as a full explanation of the work at all times.
