Refelt garage roof All good, had too wait a while for the job to be done. Had too chase them a little. But saying that would recommend to others. Friendly and happy chaps.

Re-felting of garage roof and Moss removal from tiling A job well done although delayed due to weather they came when weather improved. The work was done well and efficiently

Remove existing tiles and ridge to verge. Remove existing cement and under cloak. Supply and instal new under cloak and new cement.re-fix existing tiles. Following acceptance of the quote there was a delay in arranging the work dates. This was explained as due to exceptional weather conditions and issues associated with the business suffering from broadband problems. Once scheduled the work was completed quickly with no mess - a good job.

Renew garage/kitchen roof with C.R.P. including new decking as required. Good job.

Robert carried out the following work to repair a leak in the tiled roof where old flue came through:

•Registered site address for asbestos removal
•Removed existing asbestos pipe into loft space
•Disposed of asbestos pipe safely and correctly
•Patched felt using new breathable membrane felt
•Made good timber battens
•Supplied and installed reclaimed Delta tiles
•Made good existing ridge, where disturbed

After an initial delay due to increased workload following storms earlier in the year, Robert arrived on the agreed date for the repair work on my roof. He had previously explained that the estimate he gave was dependent on the quantity of asbestos pipework removed and charge for its disposal. The work was carried out to a good standard (visual inspection from the outside) and with very limited disruption. Robert has sent me the certificate verifying safe disposal of the asbestos pipework removed. The final price was 15% cheaper than the estimate given. I''m very happy with the work done and would happily recommend...

Repair to garage roof.

Refitting three plastic vent tiles that had slipped during high wind. Organising and replacing with clay tiles. I found Robert Aldridge very friendly, helpful and pleasant. His staff also were very pleasant. I trusted Robert and did not have any concerns whatsoever. Good job done.

Replace 2 tiles on roof which had been blown off in a storm. I was on holiday at the time and a neighbor made the arrangement on my behalf.No problem with settling the bill on my return.

Refixed roof tiles after storm dislodged them I and my family have used Aldridges before and when my daughters roof tiles got dislodged recently in high winds I immediately thought of ringing Rob (Aldridge). However I was going to ask him for a Norwich roofer he might know as I didn''t think he would cover Norwich himself. Rob said he covered East Anglia and into north London and as he was working in Norwich the next day would call to assess. One concern was that it was a three storey townhouse and acces by ladders might be difficult. The next day Rob called and then called me while he was there to say that he could fix it and the price. I said to go ahead there and then if he had the time which he said he had. Job done!

Since the above we recommended Aldridges to neighbours to my daughter and they have since had Rob out to do the work.

I would not hesitate in recommending Aldridges for all your roofing needs (his previous work for my family was reroofing and roof repairs - three jobs in total). He is fast and reliable and the work is of a excellent standard plus the price very fair.

Emergency call out following a storm to put some slipped tiles back in place. We called Robert last minute and late on a Friday afternoon. He made time for us on the way back home and in the dark.

Re felting flat roof Work was completed very quickly and efficiently. Because of a problem with another supplier's measurements some work had to be redone at short notice. They responded very quick and with no fuss.

Aldridge Roofing responded very quickly to make home watertight after storm damage in January 2018.
Their emergency work (£210) was carried well.
They subsequently sent us estimates (£3,802)for the repairs very quickly which helps us in our dealings with insurers.
We have used Aldridge Roofing previously - with a high level of satisfaction.

Every area was left clean and tidy.

I contacted Mr Aldridge during the Christmas period as I had noticed a wet patch on the attic floor, he advised that the firm was closed for a few days, but he promised to get back to me in the New Year.

A bucket served as an immediate measure to prevent water dripping on to the floor. It wasn''t a serious leak but it would need fixing.

True to his word, Mr Aldridge came to fix the roof on the 4th Jan. He patched some existing felt using new breathable membrane felt and replaced a corroded tile. I found it extremely easy to find and contact Aldridge Roofing, through the Norfolk County Council Trusted Trader Scheme.

I received I quick response and the repair to my roof was carried out as soon as was possible.
When Mr Aldridge called he went into the attic, firstly covering his shoes with protectors to prevent any dirt getting onto the floor, he explained what the costs would be and with my agreement he proceeded with the repair.

He was extremely polite and efficient and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending him.

Repaired a leaking roof, replaced some broken tiles. Initially when we notice the leak Mr Aldridge came to view the job and whilst doing so did a temporary patch to prevent further leaking. He suggested a wait time until it could be permanently fixed.

When the time came he and his team repaired the leak and made good to a very high standard.

I was really pleased with the service and will use them again if required in the future. I will also recommend the service to others.

Replacing loose tiles and repairs to ridge line We received excellent service from Aldridge Rooking. In addition they gave me really helpful pointers and advice on the condition of my roof and straight forward advice on improvements and extent of condition.
