Replaced broken tile I have used Aldridge Roofing on two occasions in the last few months.
The work needed on the first occasion was explained and carried out promptly and with total satisfaction. Therefore I was happy to email and ask if they could attend to a separate problem. An email confirming they could do the job was send promptly and I was advised when the work would be carried out. This has now been carried out to my full satisfaction.
Not living locally to Suffolk it is great to know that I can call on a reliable, honest tradesman who will do a good job at a competitive price.

Provide free estimate to re-point chimney flashing and area above window.
Attend site to carry out quoted work. I have used Aldridge Roofing several times to repair various areas of my roof. They have always attended promptly and carried out the work in a professional and timely manner. I have recommended the company to friends and would do so again.

2 Roof Repairs: Ridge tiles and slate tiles replacements. Small flat roof effectively
replaced. Professional.Work well done. Completed quickly. Minimum fuss. No mess left.

Erected scaffolding removed vent tile under solar panel and relocated to side. Repaired existing felt using new membrane where vent was situated. Supply and fit new tile. Our job was only a small one- We would definitely employ them again.

There was another area of repair to be undertaken which was made good in a more limited way than I had expected. We then discussed and arranged a more complete repair, yet to be undertaken.

Required several ridge caps and roof tiles to be removed and replaced.
Section of guttering also needed replacing.
I contacted Aldridge roofing after an internet search for local firms. I had not required roofing services in the area before so had no recommendation.
Robert Aldridge was prompt and professional with his response.
Although he could not complete the work immediately, he did come on site straight away to assess the situation and make sure everything was ok to delay for a week until he was able to complete the work.
Even though the repair could wait, Robert offered alternative firms he could recommend if I preferred the work completed quicker.

I left the work with Aldridge Roofing as they had been prompt, transparent and professional from the start.
The work completed was of a very good standard and the charges reasonable.

Repair leaking roof This roof repair was at our weekend cottage so we asked a neighbour to recommend someone to do the work. I phoned ''Rob'' who was very friendly and said he would look at the job, which he did. He told me when he would be able to do the job and sent an estimate which we thought was very fair as the cottage is a listed property and access not easy. A deposit was not needed but payment on completion. I rightly felt confident to transfer payment without seeing the finished result. We went to the cottage yesterday and the inside wall has already dried out so ''the proof is in the pudding''. We are very pleased and would certainly use the company again.
