Replace a missing tile and repair a broken tile Everybody I dealt with at Aldridge Roofing was polite and professional. The workmen turned up on time, even had a phone call from the owner the night before to confirm everything.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Fantastic customer service. Highly professional. Even though this was only a small job it was treated with the same importance as a large job. I wouldn''t hesitate to use them again for future roofing needs.

Re-roof. Only issue we had is they didn't turn up for days sometimes, usually because of the weather, but didn't keep us informed. Work is high quality & workmen are hard workers & trustworthy.

Re-pointing and repairing chimney and stack.
Lead flashing and re-tiling work on dormers.
Erect tower scaffolding. Re-cut tiles,and re-build cement verges on both gable ends of main roof. Robert and his team were unfailingly pleasant and helpful from the time of the initial visit to the completion of the work.
They arrived on time each morning, were hard working and methodical and gave excellent advice where needed.The work was completed within the time estimate,and site was left clean and tidy.

Although we have not used this firm before we would not hesitate to recommend them without reservation.

Flat roofing replaced with fascia & down pipe. Very neat work. Tidied up and there was no disruption. Friendly & efficient work.

Re-roof full strip,general repairs Aldridge roofing really know their game, My jobs can be quite difficult which in some cases are quite small for a business like these but every time they have helped At all times was the workmanship perfect and to an excellent standard

Replacement of loose tiles on roof & felt inspection.

To replace two down pipes from roof. This firm has done several jobs for me and always done and cleared away leaving no mess. Instead of replacing both pipes one only needed the clips replacing so I was charged less. Always very satisfied.

Repairs to leaking flat roof and porch. Mr Aldridge was very prompt in coming to look at the work and his estimate arrived soon after (as promised) by email. Because he had so much work on, due to the terrible weather, he explained there would be a delay before he could give us a date for the work. Once a date was arranged (two weeks later), he turned up on time; identified the problems and discussed the various solutions we could choose from. Work was completed to time and he left the outside spotlessly clean, taking away all old materials. In fact, Mr Aldridge noticed further disintegration of the roofing felt and repaired that in addition for no extra charge. Mr Aldridge is polite and, in our experience, totally trustworthy. This is the second job he has done for us and we have already recommended him to friends. We would have no hesitation in using him again.

Repairs to front peek of semi-detached house. I have not had reason to use this company before, but found them very pleasant to deal with, efficient, hard working and very helpful. The standard of their work appears to be very good. I would certainly be more than happy to use their services again if they were not too busy.
