Greenstar Ri Boiler replacement and upgrade of the system. Will and Ash have been servicing my boiler for five years, and responded immediately when the boiler broke down and needed replacing, just before Christmas. Within a day or two, they increased the capacity of the system, bigger expansion has been fitted and pump upgraded. They are nice guys, professional and knowledgeable and now the house is warmer and more comfortable.

Oil tank replaced within 24 hours of discovering there was an issue with it. Chris and Mark arrived on time and provided a professional and efficient service. They were both cheerful and respectful despite working in the cold and rain. When the job was complete the area was left clean and tidy. We were really impressed with the service they provided and would happily recommend.

The price was comparable to other quotes but they were able to complete the install much quicker than others.

By agreement, The fitting actually happened a day earlier than planned which helped us enormously as we had fewer trades on site that day and it enabled us to prepare the reveals in readiness for the plasterers who carried out the work the following day.

From start to finish Dale and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. The install was perfect and all completed the same day.

My further questions were picked up immediately and answered courteously and in full. Crew turned up on appointed date - two very amiable and professional young men, who carried out the job flawlessly. Site was cleaned up, no damage was done and customer (me) was completely satisfied.
