Excellent service as always by Scott. Very professional neat and tidy finish. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a floor fitter that knows what he’s doing at an affordable price. This is now the fourth time we have sought Scott’s services to lay flooring for us and he never disappoints.

Staff were prompt and professional
Work was carried out in a tidy fashion
Site left clean
Fully explained the function safety valve and led reading etc
Would highly recommend to others requiring a full tank replacement.

Seamless service
Mark was very prompt in replying to any emails from start to finish.
The work carried out on the day was quick, efficient and with high standards.
I was kept up to date with the work being carried out throughout and there was a good demonstration of how to use my loft ladder at the end of the fitting.
Everywhere was left spotless.
I would definitely recommend Earsham Lofts.

I liked the fact that Simon came and looked at the job before giving me a quote, which actually saved me money as it wasn’t as complicated as I thought. He fitted my stair-gate on my very narrow and awkward stairs, completing the work quickly and for a very reasonable price. I found him to be professional, friendly and on time. Would highly recommend.

Renewed around chimney.

Rob and his crew very hands on and helpful.

We hired Ed and his team to complete an extensive downstairs renovation including a garage conversion and landscaping. This was a significant project for us and we chose Ed because he was recommended by a friend. He was refreshingly straightforward and professional with his communication, and extremely helpful at finding solutions early on to an unexpected building regs issue (not his fault) that could have delayed the project and cost us more money. Before we started the project, he gave us a detailed three-month timeline and ran the project so smoothly that the works completed within the agreed timescale, which we thought was impressive given the size of the project. He was very easy to have in the house and really made the building works as clean and stress-free as possible. There is not much more to say... he simply does what he says he will do to a high standard. We have already recommended him to someone else and would not hesitate to work with him again!

We contacted Zink Construction regarding some historical cracks and damp course repairs needed on our 140 year old cottage.
On all apects of the work Bertie, Clive and Luke were outstanding - from the prompt reply to our initial request for a site visit, the very detailed and clear estimate, their extremely efficient, hard working ethic and their outstanding professionalism and skill. At all times, they were friendly and approachable, happy to answer any questions at any time. Once the job was complete, all rubbish was removed and every where cleaned and tidied.
We would highly recommend Zink Construction and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Scott did our LVT in our kitchen and we love it. Scott helped us choice sample colour for our living room as well which is just being fitted which i'm excited about! Scott is reliable, professional and friendly.

As always Peter carried out the work in a professional manner. A pleasure to do business with.
