Chris came to us on a difficult build of a new property out of an old 600-year-old ruin. The challenge was to rebuild parts of the building in red brick but maintain the character of the brickwork by making it look old and original. Not an easy task.

He was always on time, and there was never any bother. He will be back to do more bricking when we are ready for him.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Matt came and resolved a multitude of issues with our boiler and even managed to pair our problemed thermostat back up. Matt was friendly, highly knowledgeable and efficient and always showed me what work had been done to boiler. He noticed and quickly fixed issues with our condensate pipe outside that other firms didnt.

1250l Domestic Oil Tank replaced. Tank Replacement Services were very helpful with arranging to complete the work at short notice. Work completed promptly and site left clean and tidy.

A new oil central heating boiler was installed quickly and efficiently.

Cold water tank replacement in the attic.
They attended as an emergency call out and quickly assessed the problem. The necessary parts were ordered and the work completed the next day. They were efficient, friendly and professional.
They called round a week later to check that all was well.

PM Services built a new coffee lounge area to replace the old wooden bar at Cawston Village Hall - almost a full kitchen but without any cooking facilities. The company was a pleasure to deal with from the quotation stage all the way through to the job being completed. Professional, courteous, helpful, efficient and offering expert solutions to any difficulties that cropped up during the build. Would highly recommend this company.

We had 2 sofas cleaned, a large lounge rug and the stair and landing carpets.

Leigh arrived promptly, he explained the procedure and the order to do the cleaning in. While cleaning he showed us how efficient the procedure was. The difference on the stair carpet was amazing as 8 years worth of wear and tear were instantly sucked away.

Our sofas are now almost like new again.

Sofas and carpets were minimally damp at completion and fully dry by the evening.
