John checked aerial strength and found it to be low-traced cables to find fault and replaced faulty connector box. Reprogrammed tvs. Faults all repaired.

I approached Dragonfly for a quote for a carpet having received a high quote from another local company. Sue was incredibly helpful and provided quote for the same carpet for significantly less. There was an issue when first fitting, the carpet was not big enough. This was rectified quickly. Fitting was great and there are no issues. We will absolutely continue to use Dragonfly for fitting the floors in the rest of the house.

Most recently, we have asked DLK to fix a leaking roof. David and the team arrived promptly, located the cause and solved the problem the following day. Great work and a great relief for us. We are so impressed by their professionalism and going the extra mile to help the customer. And excellent value.

Oil tank was replaced and put in new position, use TRS to service my boiler so asked them in December for a quote to replace the oil tank. Rang me on Friday 05/06/26 to arrange boiler service, asked them to do tank first and booked for Monday 08/06/26, arrived on time and all done that day. Amazing service and really pleased with the work. Highly recommend this company.
