An honest, fairly price, hardworking builder, what more could I ask. I talked and reviewed several builders for a long time ahead of my project as it was such a big investment in my property. This was a complete refurbishment; of a large house, I had walls down and new walls up. I also had an extension built; the team was on site for 8 months.
I waited over a year for Pete, David and his team to become available and it was certainly worth it. We used the time to get to know each other and I was also very lucky to see Pete and the team working on other properties while I was waiting. It was clear from the start that they stood out.
They cared about the work, from start to finish. The communication was outstanding and project management completely taken care of; this kept the project flowing. It was useful having work explained, it helped me around decision making. Pete totally understood about the budget, as it was such a massive project keeping this on track was key.
Years of knowledge and experience being brought into the project really made a difference, such good ideas that saved me money and time.
The house looks amazing; it was everything I wanted and more. I would not hesitate to recommend Pete and his team to new customers and very grateful for the recommendation that I got that brought us together.

David fitted a light and switch in the loft. Very impressed with his professionalism and quality workmanship. He was quick, efficient and left the area clean and tidy. He ensured he checked all details before he started and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I love the new light in my loft and will be using this company again as I was so impressed.

Matt has just completed an excellent full refurbishment of our ensuite shower room. From the extremely detailed and reasonably priced quote at the start to the quality of the end product, everything was done to a very high standard. Matt is extremely professional, hard working and tidy. He communicated clearly at each stage of the project and has a very friendly manner.

The work involved ripping out all of the old ensuite with electric shower, fitting a new mixer shower, cubicle, toilet, radiator, vanity and sink, full tiling and flooring and skimming and painting the old Artex ceiling.

We are extremely pleased with the result and have already asked Matt to quote to do our kitchen and downstairs cloakroom next year.

This is the second time I have used Al and like the first I am very impressed with him and his work. He came out vey quickly to sort a problem I had with my washing machine I am very pleased with the result. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great guy and a great worker.

Our TV screen was pixelating frequently. John, the engineer came he explained that the satellite dish had moved. He put it back to its correct position. He also explained the alternatives if we continued to have problems with the dish. He was very polite and arrived at the allotted time. We were very happy with the service we received

I needed some advice regarding a new oven, due to some complex issues when originally trying to buy one elsewhere.

My experience with J B Postle of Aylsham was first class - from the advice, information provided on progress before delivery and then to the delivery and installation.

Kieron and Dave who delivered and installed were fabulous - careful and considerate. They explained everything and even gave me some advice on other matters I needed help with!

After installation, I received a phone call to ask if everything was ok - how often does that happen nowadays?
