We had a WC blockage, which we’d tried to resolve ourselves during the week. Realising we could not resolve, we found Norwich Drain Services details in the trusted trader directory. Paul came out within 1hr of the call; he identified the issue, which was a large amount of limescale blocking the cast iron soil stack, keeping us informed throughout the job.

Paul was reliable, knowledgeable, professional & respectful towards our property, as well as a lovely guy. For a weekend call out as well, I was very happy with the final cost. We will definitely use him for all future drainage jobs & also recommend him to everyone I know!

Plantscape were contacted after a process of checking local suppliers for the setting of a 100m+ of whip hedging around a newly built property and the planting of 4 medium-sized trees. Rupert and the team showed an interest in the site and the ideas I had, and made useful recommendations politely and clearly. Their scope of work, fee estimate and terms were all explained in advance (and adhered to).

The work itself was carried out efficiently and safely. All materials and equipment were brought in together, the team were friendly and asked relevant questions, and the ground was prepared and dressed neatly at the end of the process.

A great job all round. Hopefully they’ll be back to plant further trees elsewhere on the property in the spring.
