We used concept carpets for new carpets upstairs and LVT floor in lounge. From quote stage to fitting the team were very helpful and price competitive. When we had to suddenly change a fitting date due to an emergency they happily stored the carpet and rearranged the fitting. Whilst in the house the team were polite and respectful at all times. They cleaned up well after the fittings and offered assistance to move furniture back. We would happily use them again.

Oil tank replacement..Norfolk Tanks responded immediately to my initial enquiry with a confirmed booking for an assessment..the chap arrived on time, was very polite and provided an acceptable quote within a couple of days. Further appointment made to have the new tank installed..2 chaps arrived on time and very efficiently removed the existing tank and installed the new one..all completed within a couple of hours.
Communication with the company was excellent with all queries dealt with immediately.

Our old heating oil tank needed replacing, contacted Norfolk Tanks to supply and install a new bunded tank. They attended the same day to assess our needs, provide a set of options and provided costs.

We engaged Steve to replace a large area of flat roof. Replacing the old felt with new modern rubber material. It’s refreshing that Steve came round and gave a quote on the day and the time he said he would. He explained what work was needed and why. A price was agreed with a start date about 6 weeks later. Refreshing again that the week before the agreed start Steve made contact (no prompting from us) and arranged delivery of materials. Skip was all arranged by him. Started work with his brother Kevin on the given date. Worked well. Thoroughly professional. We asked for an extra piece of work to be carried out above the original quote. This was completed quickly and for a good price. All debris was cleared away. Very happy with Steve and Kev. Will certainly use again for any further work that may need doing. Would thoroughly recommend.
