I was let down by a caravan service provider which I had booked one year in advance. When the day came the service provider did not turn up and was not contactable by either email or phone. It is a yearly requirement to service the caravan to maintain warranty. I contacted Caraparts who were sympathetic to my problem, which resulted in fitting my caravan in for a service at short notice. Thanks to Tom of Caraparts.

Mobile caravan service carried out in a timely fashion. Always book in advance as Tom is often booked up. Trusted to work on our caravan when we are not there.

Bernard serviced our vans for a number of years and was so skilled training young Tom to his standards which he has achieved. So Tom is now the 'go to guy' for servicing. Apart from delivering an excellent job in all that he does on the van, he is kind and very trustworthy. We would never use anyone else. Caraparts all the way!

Excellent all round work and very impressed.

Very happy with the service provided by Tom and Bernard from Caraparts who came to service and do a heating coolant exchange. They were knowledgeable, took time to answer our questions, happy to help with other issues, gave us important advice. They supplied a good service with reasonable rates and had good communication when making our appointments. We feel fully trusted with the care taken over our caravan and will certainly be using the guys again.

Tom has a background as an auto electrician and so is very placed to understand caravan electrics and electronics in addition to the mechanical side. He is very pleasant and is reliable.
