Very happy with the service provided by Tom and Bernard from Caraparts who came to service and do a heating coolant exchange. They were knowledgeable, took time to answer our questions, happy to help with other issues, gave us important advice. They supplied a good service with reasonable rates and had good communication when making our appointments. We feel fully trusted with the care taken over our caravan and will certainly be using the guys again.

Tom has a background as an auto electrician and so is very placed to understand caravan electrics and electronics in addition to the mechanical side. He is very pleasant and is reliable.

We have used this trader before and we have always had good service. He is always busy so sometimes you have to wait a couple of weeks but you know he will do his best for you.

Tom was very helpful and went through everything when completed. Nothing was too much bother. Fixing a couple of things beyond what originally asked to do. Will be using Tom again next year for service and follow what advised. If you need caravan looked at you will be hard to match Tom for his attention to detail and reliability.

We use Tom for servicing our caravan. He is always punctual and carries out the work to a very high standard. I have marked 4/5 for value for money as its probably the same cost as taking to a dealer, however we dont have that inconvenience.

A very professional and thorough job. Tom was keen to ensure that I (the customer) was clear in what was to be done, how it was to be done and what observations we had. Once the job was complete, all was tidied away and the caravan left in a perfect state.
