Highly recommend this company mark and derek work ethos is top notch, done an excellent job job of boarding out our loft and loft hatch with wooden ladder.
They left the home clean and tidy after they had finished , I cannot underestimate how hard these boys work.

Mark & Derek arrived early (to try and beat the heat) to top-up the insulation, lay a new raise floor (twice the size of what had been there), and install a new wooden loft ladder with larger ceiling access. Great job well done, at a good price. Overall really pleased.

Mark was very reliable and managed to get my loft conversion done at only a few days noticed. Good work, proffesional finish. Highly recommended.

I have no hesitation in recommending Earsham Lofts. I had been worried about what the work would involve but Mark talked me through every step of the process, which included relocating the loft hatch and filling in the old hole, installing loft boards and increasing the insulation, and together with his colleague Derek did an excellent job. They treated me and my house with respect and were really likeable and friendly. I think that in a city terrace, with no garage and limited garden space, the extra storage provided by a boarded loft is invaluable. I’m sorry that I put it off for 21 years!

Mark boarded our loft for us. It was a tricky job in a newbuild house with a very small loft space. He was more competitive than any of the other quotes we received and did a great job, and we’re very happy with the additional storage space. Would recommend to anyone looking for loft boarding.

Earsham lofts boarded loft and installed a ladder. Mark provided an excellent service from the initial contact, offered some advice about where to locate the new loft hatch and was happy to spend time exploring all options with me.

Work included cutting new loft hatch, clearing and disposing of old water tank in loft as well as some items left by previous owner. Boarding loft and installing shelving between roof trusses and installing loft ladder.

Communication was excellent, work on the day by Mark and Derek was tidy, efficient and cheerful

Mark and Derek did a fantastic job of installing a loft zone raised floor system as well as a new large hatch with an integrated good quality folding ladder. We also had two shelves fitted which are excellent for storing items and had the Insulation topped up at the same time along with some air vents.

What a company, it's not to often i will grade a company 5star but from start to finish mark and derek were excellent. Brilliant time keepers, excellent tradesmen, always keeping me in the loop and so clean nothing was too much trouble. Mark was so knowledgeable discussing with me the best way to proceed by adding shelves into trusses and to go for wooden ladders instead of cheap aluminium ones, the wood ones being so much more sturdy. I had 3 different quotes and Earsham lofts were the cheapest by quite a lot.

I could not be happier with Mark and Derek at Earlsham Lofts. They boarded our loft space including widening the entrance hatch, installing a sturdy ladder and solid shelving. The standard of workmanship, the care they took of our house and the quality of the finish was excellent.
The price on the estimate was exactly price paid and I have no problem in recommending them wholeheartedly.

A new, enlarged loft hatch and new wooden loft ladder were installed. Additional loft insulation was provided and the loft was boarded to provide a safe storage area.
The work was carried out speedily, neatly and very tidily. Everywhere was cleaned up afterwards and vacuumed well.
I am very impressed by the quality of the work and would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing loft work.

Mark and Del arrived and cleared loft which I had previously paid someone to do, they put it all on my drive ready for skip tomorrow I cannot recommend these guys enough, they cheered me up with Marks sense of humour, they left the place clean and tidy they went above and beyond thank you so much
