Loft boarded out with shelving, new loft hatch and ladder .
Mark was brilliant, from coming round to have a look and sending an estimate to booking in and doing the job.
We are absolutely thrilled , professional and a really friendly guy , the work is done to a very high standard and Mark and Derek were clean and organised, even hoovering up when finished.

Mark did my loft a number of weeks ago now but due to having only just moved in a few days back I wanted to take a look before I left a review and I have to say absolutely wonderful job. Right from the start he told me exactly what needed doing And what I loved is that he told me I didn’t need as much as I thought I did and that showed him being so genuine, he has done a really lovely job and everything was clean and clear when I walked into my room where the new loft entry was. Everything was clear and tidy up in the loft as well,. I actually gave him keys to let himself in whilst I wasn’t even living there and For me to do that I have to trust someone and therefore I think Mark is very trustworthy and certainly brilliant at his job, thank you, Mark.

Earsham Lofts insulated our loft and boarded it, so we can now use it as a storage space. They added a ladder which seems fairly easy to use. The work was completed on time, at the quoted price, and to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

I found Mark easy to deal with, he provided a good explanation of what was required and how to achieve. He was punctual and reliable both at quote stage and when the work was carried out.
This was not an easy job as it was carried out in an old really dusty/dirty uneven loft which made fitting the new hatch and ladder difficult and very hard work.
Mark went above and beyond by clearing the loft including the old water tank. He even made a return visit to fit a free battery loft light.
The space has been transformed and is now usable and accessible. I would recommend for any loft work.

Loft boarded and loft ladder installed . This meant making existing loft hatch much bigger . Really good job of making good ceiling. Went above and beyond removing obsolete water tanks. Arrived when they said they would, protected my stairs/carpet, hoovered afterwards. Took time of show me how to work the ladder and explained about weight limits on the platforms etc. Costs fully explained and I consider the work great value for money . I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Earsham Lofts , they did a fab job and finally I have easily accessible storage.

Mark was reliable and very clear when providing a quotation and amenable when circumstances changed and additional work was required. On the day of the installation, they were punctual and thorough. The end result was fantastic and would highly recommend!

A local firm who have been reliable and helpful. Mark was easy to communicate with, reliable & punctual and did a good job installing a wooden loft ladder which required the access hatch to be extended.

Supplied and fitted loft boarding, installed a new hatch with ladder as well as increasing the height of the insulation in some areas.
The work was carried to a very high standard at a competitive rate and the working area was left clean and tidy with all waste materials removed.

Mark, the owner did exactly what he said he'd do when it said it would be done. He was also very competitive on price, as well as providing all the information I needed, and the options available to me. Within that he helped me spend only what I needed to achieve my storage solution which some others might have taken the opportunity to oversell and exploit. On installation day Mark and Derrick were respectful of our property and made a cracking job of the new hatch, ladder, raised floor and shelving taking the time at the end to clear up and give a comprehensive demonstration. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and having them back if I needed more work doing.
