James and the team replaced our old lawn with fresh new turf. Everything was carried out with a professional manor and great communication. Excellent experience from start to finish. James was quick to schedule the initial visit, understood what we were trying to achieve and promised us a perfect outcome. He provided a quote that we were able to agree there and then.

A few weeks later and the work was undertaken over the course of a few days: removing the old turf, rotovating the soil, adding new topsoil & fertiliser before levelling everything and laying fresh, lush turf. The whole site was treated with respect and care was taken to ensure everything was clean & tidy at the end. Plus, he left a lawn care leaflet, so we know what to do to keep the new lawn healthy.

The end result is even better than we hoped – perfect in fact, just as James promised. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommended.

New lawn laid and fencing. The lawn now looks wonderful. James knows what he is doing and is polite and attentive to client requirements. We had concrete posts with concrete gravel boards, tanilized wooden panels. All completed in a timely fashion and to a professional standard. I definitely recommend his survive and would use him again in the future.

James completely transformed both my back and front gardens, and the results exceeded my expectations. My back lawn was full of weeds and moss, but after returfing it now looks incredible — so much so that a neighbour asked if it was artificial grass because it stayed so lush and green even two weeks after being laid.

I was so impressed with the speed, quality of work, and professionalism that I asked James to redesign my front garden as well. This involved removing steep steps, creating a sloped entrance, levelling the garden, building a raised sleeper bed, adding a stone bed in a shaded area, and completing a full returf.

James really listened to my ideas and offered great suggestions to create a clean, low-maintenance design. I’m extremely happy with the finished result and highly recommend him.

Recently had an old large lawned area removed and returfed together with the border planted with 60 laurel plants to form a hedge. James carried out this work in an excellent manner, clean tidy and very professional. From the day I asked for a quotation, everything James said would happen, did happen, in budget and timescale. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the turf and plants but more so my James, a very hard working professional who takes great pride in his work. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone requiring a new lawn.

James excavated a large area to enlarge our patio and prepared the ground and laid new turf on the lawn. He and Finley were both very hard working! James kept us informed throughout the process and made sure we were happy with progress. We have already discussed more work to be undertaken in 2026.

They removed all the old turf, rotivated, firmed and levelled the ground with around 9 tonnes of extra topsoil before laying the new turf perfectly. Everything was done on schedule - they organised deliveries, turned up exactly when they said they would, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended!

We had our entire lawn replaced, the ground levelled, and fresh topsoil laid down, along with a mole-resistant mesh. The work and the team were excellent.
