Welcome to Out of the Gutter 2025 —your trusted property maintenance and cleaning experts since 2008. We proudly hold SMAS Worksafe and SSiP accreditations, along with IPAF licensing for safe operations up to 20m in height.
Serving various places in Norfolk and Suffolk, we now offer an expanded range of external property maintenance services, including solar panel cleaning and protection, as well as specialist bespoke work for heritage buildings, such as churches.

Rafe and his team arrived on time and did a fantastic job. All the work was done as agreed. The extra's they suggested (window cleaning, pressure washing the patio) were greatly appreciated and made a fantastic difference to our house!. I cant recommend them highly enough( and we got 3th free pens)!

Clearing some very clogged gutters and replacing a leaf trap. Claire was very responsive and clear in all her communication both written and by phone. She was also very helpful and sensitive to the issue of guests at our holiday let. I would recommend this service to anyone and in particular if you’re managing at a distance and rely on a high degree of reliability and trust. One happy customer!
