The roof of my house was infested with moss and lichen which was blocking the gutters and also infesting my conservatory roof.The team arrived on the day they said and worked tirelessly to remove the moss and then apply treatment so it wouldn't recur for several years.
The team was polite and very hard working and the end result is excellent.

Communicated well, gave a clear written quote, turned up on time and actually cleaned our porch at no charge as a first time customer.

I contacted Out of the Gutter about repairing and cleaning out the guttering at mum's house. I hadn't given them the precise address but Rafe figured it out from Streetview as part of preparing the quote. So we booked them in.

On the morning of the job, I discovered a problem with a seriously blocked drain and so messaged Rafe about it while he was en route. He had no issues adding this to the job and had exactly what was needed to sort this for us as well.

I found him friendly and professional, clearly with a lot of knowledge. He did a very good job and cleaned up after both himself and (more to the point) us.

Rafe and his team are one of the best suppliers we have worked with. They are always prompt with quotes, their work is always excellent, we have a monthly garden maintenance with them and they also look after all of our workshop guttering as well as many other things they have done i.e. fitting a new soak away, cleaning our cladding, no job is a problem and if they cannot do it they are always happy, if then can, to recommend another supplier.

I normally don't take the time to write a review, however Out of the Gutter provided such a fantastic service at such a fair price, I think they deserve the praise.

From the first phone call seeking a quotation, I knew we'd found the right business for the job.

We live a very old property, where half the gutters needed rise brackets and the other half needed the guttering to be screwed onto facias. To make things more complicated, we have a multi-level garden, a porch and a conservatory that made access difficult.

We always get several quotes when we're scoping out a job. The other quotes involved the use of expensive scaffolding and multiple days labour. Rafe Kirkcaldy from Out of the Gutter explained clearly how he was going to get the job done without the need for scaffolding, in a single day, making his quote the best by far.

When the day arrived to do the work, Rafe absolutely delivered on his plan. Removing the old guttering and replacing with the new within the single day. Since then we've had some downpours and the new guttering is working perfectly. But it wasn't just the quality of work that impressed us. Rafe is a lovely guy, very easy to get along with, honest and hardworking and went the extra mile by being clean, tidy and treating our old house with respect (even go as far as taking a tin of paint from me to touch up where the old screws and brackets had been in the walls). He cleared out my front path drain and even swept my driveway!

This company is brilliant, very friendly and professional with excellent communication and punctuality. I have had one downpipe completely cleared by these guys and also gutters fixed and cleaned on another part of my house. They provide photos of before and after. I feel very safe having them helping us with our home and they are very polite and friendly.

Was performed very professionally. Arrived promptly, explained what was going to be done and carried out the job thoroughly. Took photos to show me how badly chocked the gutters were with debris from trees, and then after particularly where I could not see. The difference was amazing. I highly recommend this company. very polite, friendly, good workers, and do a thorough job.

It was a very efficient job carried out and all the gutters worked perfectly after the cleaning was carried out.
