Welcome to Out of the Gutter 2025 —your trusted property maintenance and cleaning experts since 2008. We proudly hold SMAS Worksafe and SSiP accreditations, along with IPAF licensing for safe operations up to 20m in height.
Serving various places in Norfolk and Suffolk, we now offer an expanded range of external property maintenance services, including solar panel cleaning and protection, as well as specialist bespoke work for heritage buildings, such as churches.

Guttervac all house/garage gutters wash down with pure water clear/clean all downpipes clean all house windows supply and fit 2 leaf guards.
Clean garage gable FOC.
Clean front Porch FOC. Helpful and friendly and fixed and cleaned and did maintain gutters and down pipes.
Also cleaned Fascia boards as a bonus.
Would recommend this service to friends. I was even added onto his calendar to call in 2 years.
When it'u need doing again.
(I was also asked to say they were both very good looking and beautiful bodies).

Seal box gutter on lead joints. A long day over 9 hours.
They did not leave until everything was finished and clean and tidy.

Clear roof moss from two sides, guttervac all gutters.
Treat roof with Algoclear roof treatment. The work on out roof was completed in 2 days when the weather permitted.
I was happy with the results and the sight was left very tidy with minimal disruption.
