New guttering and down pipes, front and back of the property. Removal of old gutters.
I normally don't take the time to write a review, however Out of the Gutter provided such a fantastic service at such a fair price, I think they deserve the praise.
From the first phone call seeking a quotation, I knew we'd found the right business for the job.
We live a very old property, where half the gutters needed rise brackets and the other half needed the guttering to be screwed onto facias. To make things more complicated, we have a multi-level garden, a porch and a conservatory that made access difficult.
We always get several quotes when we're scoping out a job. The other quotes involved the use of expensive scaffolding and multiple days labour. Rafe Kirkcaldy from Out of the Gutter explained clearly how he was going to get the job done without the need for scaffolding, in a single day, making his quote the best by far.
When the day arrived to do the work, Rafe absolutely delivered on his plan. Removing the old guttering and replacing with the new within the single day. Since then we've had some downpours and the new guttering is working perfectly. But it wasn't just the quality of work that impressed us. Rafe is a lovely guy, very easy to get along with, honest and hardworking and went the extra mile by being clean, tidy and treating our old house with respect (even go as far as taking a tin of paint from me to touch up where the old screws and brackets had been in the walls). He cleared out my front path drain and even swept my driveway!
Great work, Rafe. We'll definitely be in touch the next time we need some work done. I won't even bother getting quotes from other companies going forward.

We had our roof and gutter cleaned several years ago and we were happy with the services as well as the communications, so when we had some issues with the gutter (wear and tear), we did not hesitate contacting them again and the response was so quick that it was dealt within that day. Highly recommended!

Guttering and downpipes cleaned. Also the conservatory. Workman arrived at the agreed time. He was courteous and efficient. Work was carried out to my satisfaction. Pleased with the result.

This company is brilliant, very friendly and professional with excellent communication and punctuality. I have had one downpipe completely cleared by these guys and also gutters fixed and cleaned on another part of my house. They provide photos of before and after. I feel very safe having them helping us with our home and they are very polite and friendly.

Cleaning of gutters.
Was performed very professionally. Arrived promptly, explained what was going to be done and carried out the job thoroughly. Took photos to show me how badly chocked the gutters were with debris from trees, and then after particularly where I could not see. The difference was amazing. I highly recommend this company. very polite, friendly, good workers, and do a thorough job.

It was a very efficient job carried out and all the gutters worked perfectly after the cleaning was carried out. The standard of work was fantastic, I have used out of the gutter for 3 years now and have always been very happy with the work they carry out. Nothing is to much trouble for them and I definitely recommend them for carrying out any gutter cleaning.

All gutters on the house and outbuilding were cleared and cages fitted at the top of downpipes. Photos were taken of every gutter after cleaning. The job was carried out very thoroughly.
The company was very professional, providing upfront costs, respectful of property and left everything tidy.
I would not hesitate to use Out of the Gutter in the future.

The guys did a fantastic job, and left the place clean and tidy. They found that a section of roof did not require any bird comb and let me know, which saved us some money. They are honest as well as friendly and professional. I will certainly use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Both front and rear of the property had Gutter Vac domestic cleaned, including 100% pure water wash down, plus the large conservatory gutters to the rear plus cleaning roof and sides and fall pipe. I found both workmen pleasant and polite and worked very clean and cleared up after. The work was completed in a morning and the gutters and facia boards front and back of the property looked like new again. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.We are both pensioners so you can understand having honest reliable workmen to do any work like “ Out of the Gutter “ is a good find. Many thanks to all involved....

Gutters cleaned and vacuumed, facia cleaned and new 'hedgehog' installed. OOTG turned up on time and worked solidly for three to four hours were very friendly and efficient, and left property clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend 'Out Of The Gutter'.

Replacement of badly aligned guttering; cleaning of property guttering which involved removing and replacing “hedgehog” gutter protection; cleaning of windows and garage door This company was the first company I found, having tried three others, who were willing to take on the work. They were local and easy to deal with.
A pre-work inspection was made and a quote given.
The team was friendly and efficient and left no mess. Access to some of the guttering was a little awkward but this was over come.
A bonus….they took care not to disturb the House-martins nesting under eaves.
I am more than happy to recommend them.
