Serving various places in Norfolk and Suffolk, we now offer an expanded range of external property maintenance services, including solar panel cleaning and protection, as well as specialist bespoke work for heritage buildings, such as churches.

Gutter Vac all house garage & conservatory gutters clean with pure water , clean blocked downpipe. Clear rear garage roof of moss, spray aloclear moss killer to rear. An extremely professional workforce, providing an exceptional service. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.

Clear all house gutters wash gutter fascia soffit with pure water. Clean conservatory. Clean all windows and doors with pure water. Fit bird box. Did all that was requested at the price quoted. Offered additional work – welcome suggestions – which was agreed and carried out to the same standard. Advice on future work given and welcomed. Really nice couple of guys actually. Telephone service also well done; polite and helpful lady.

Gutter vac and wash down all house and conservatory gutters of large house. Supply and fit hedgehog gutter brush and clips to secure reposition tile foc. A very reliable & dedicated firm who carried out the work efficiently, quickly & with minimum disturbance. An excellent job. Highly recommended.

Gutter vac large house and garage gutters wash down using pure water supply and fit hedgehog pressure wash front gable pressure wash front stepsfoc. They did a lovely job and were helpful and polite. Even cleaned my front door step with their pressure washer. Very impressed. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Guttervac all house and garage gutters. Guttervac conservatory gutters foc. This is the second time we have used this service and again we are very pleased. The work was undertaken very efficiently and everything was explained. We will be using it again in the spring for a full conservatory clean.

Guttervac all house. Gutters wash down with pure water. Clean large conservatory with pure water. Initially we were very happy with the service we received and Rafe and Thom were very approachable. To start we we thought it quite expensive, but in the end it took over 4hrs and the result was excellent. After Rafe had left we noticed the front windows had not been rinsed down, the rear ones were great. We advised Rafe of this and he advised he would call by. Alas 2 weeks later he still has not returned, which is a shame because it means we are not now so keen to ask him back next year, for us this means what would have been a 9/10 is now a 7/10 and we now need clean the front windows.

Guttervac 47 m 3 storey house clear and clean down pipes. Very pleased with work and workers but disappointed because we thought we were having the hedge togging and netting. Fitted today and we have to wait.

Clear blocked down pipe, clear debris under ground. Mr. Kirkcaldy was very friendly and courteous. He carried out the work required to a very professional standard. After the blockage was cleared. He gave me some valuable advise on future prevention, I will definitely use his services again.
