Serving various places in Norfolk and Suffolk, we now offer an expanded range of external property maintenance services, including solar panel cleaning and protection, as well as specialist bespoke work for heritage buildings, such as churches.

Clean inside and out MED conservatory using mild detergent and 100% pure water.
Seal wash holes at rear of conservatory Foc. Out of the Gutter are a brilliant firm, I found the service and quality of the work was outstanding.
Earlier in the year they cleaned my driveway and patio's if you see them now you would think that it was only done yesterday.
Now they have cleaned my conservatory inside and out being a smoker it really needed doing. I can honestly say it look brand new. I would recommend this firm to everyone.

Cleaning of guttering, downpipes, fascia, soffit and gable ends. Repair of gutter joints and gable ends. Removal of tree branches which were obstructing gutters. When you''re on your own and have a very limited budget choosing a company to do a job for you can be a very worrying process. However thanks to Trusted Trader I found Out of the Gutter and I couldn''t be more impressed with their service from the initial phone call right through to completion of work. From the outset Rafe explained what would need doing and the costs involved. At all times he was polite, pleasant and professional. On site he worked incredibly hard - even in torrential rain - to ensure he completed the job to a high standard. He put everything back exactly as he found it and left the site clean and tidy. My guttering etc looks as good as new and there are no more leaks! The cost was extremely reasonable and I''m delighted with the job. I would definitely use this company again and am more than happy to highly recommend Out of the Gutter with this glowing reference 😀

Rafe responded to my email at earliest opportunity and arrived same day.
He and Tony were very reassuring conducting the work in a very professional way, speedily with humor. Having explained their usual job price they greatly reduced this as I was local. I was delighted with the price and quality of work. I will not hesitate to call on them again. They were a pleasure to have around - Trusted traders!

Maintenance and pressure washing to house and platform We wish to thank Out of the gutter property cleaning and maintenance solutions for the fantastic job they did on restoring an old property back to the original clean brick work. From start to finish the company were so friendly and professional and we felt it was a personable service as they took time to listen and understand exactly what we wanted. The results are amazing and we would highly recommend anyone using their services. Clear all mess off rear of garage and treat with algo-clear. The work was carried out to my satisfaction. Obviously,as it was on the roof I did not inspect it! I was shown an impressive amount of mess and dirt removed. A pleasant workman who did not waste time.
