Clean Guttering to rear of property. Check guttering joints and seal approximately one metre across join. Very helpful and pleasant. Done within time scale and at a good time.

The work we had performed by Out of the Gutter Property Cleaning & Maintenance Solutions was new guttering and facias to the back of our property - which was in a bad state of repair. Rafe and his team were outstanding and the sort of tradesmen (and Women of course Claire was also wonderful) we would use again, because they were polite, charming courteous and very professional. The whole process was seamless and the team, are so pleasant, hard working and polite. The work they did, left us delighted and they did a fantastic job at a good price. They also left the place incredibly clean and tidy. They also unexpectedly cleaned our conservatory, the lower gutting and also repaired a gutter blockage (which are tricky jobs these days with my old aching limbs:-)) which was a wonderful courtesy gesture. We will definitely be utilising their services again in the near future once we have saved enough to have the front renewed.

We have 2 banks of solar panels cleaned twice a year and the service we receive is excellent. The panels are left gleaming and Claire always rings to remind us when we are due for our next clean so we have no worries.

I had my gutters cleared by Out of the Gutter and they were brilliant. The gutters hadn't been cleared for an extended period but they did a brilliant job of clearing them, and I've already booked them to come back once the weather is better to do further work on my roof. I'd recommend them to absolutely anyone.

They are very thorough and clean the downpipes at the same time.

They are always prompt in replying to a request to clean my gutters. They clean them extremely well and take photographs of the work to show what they have done. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get there gutter's cleaned out.

I had a complete gutter replacement on my property which was carried out in the specific timescale quoted and a very tidy job.
All the old guttering was taken away and the area left clean around the house.
After several downpours since the work, I have had no leaks or water dripping at all, a very good job well done.

Out of the Gutter cleaned all the gutters on our very high roofs. It was done on time and very efficiently. They coped with some complicated roof joins, and took care to ensure that everything was properly cleaned.
