Welcome to Out of the Gutter 2025 —your trusted property maintenance and cleaning experts since 2008. We proudly hold SMAS Worksafe and SSiP accreditations, along with IPAF licensing for safe operations up to 20m in height.
Serving various places in Norfolk and Suffolk, we now offer an expanded range of external property maintenance services, including solar panel cleaning and protection, as well as specialist bespoke work for heritage buildings, such as churches.

Gutter vac high level 3 storey house, wash gutter, fasica, soffit, supply and fit leaf guards.
Clean 2 front lower windows FOC. Rale and Sam were extremely professional and polite.
Very tidy and ensured all works were carried out thoroughly. Rale even did some demo work on my windows and cleaned my porch free of charge!!
Would definitely recommend them to pleased I used a local business.

Gutter vac and clean all gutters and down pipes. Repair/fix leaking gutter joints. Rafe was very helpful when I found the firm online and was as good as his word. The staff were super, polite, hard working, very knowledgeable and resuming. Fantastic company!

Clean and clear all gutter and downpipes. Clean front and rear Dormer cladding clean 3 windows. Efficient response to my telephone enquiry. Quotes was created from google street view and updated to include extra items on arrival. Sam was very professional and explained everything before work started. The works resulted in my house looking brand new again and no overflowing gutters! Follow up works for routine maintenance explained. Recommended.
