Welcome to Out of the Gutter 2025 —your trusted property maintenance and cleaning experts since 2008. We proudly hold SMAS Worksafe and SSiP accreditations, along with IPAF licensing for safe operations up to 20m in height.
Serving various places in Norfolk and Suffolk, we now offer an expanded range of external property maintenance services, including solar panel cleaning and protection, as well as specialist bespoke work for heritage buildings, such as churches.

Clean conservatory with TFR/pure water, clean 3 gable ends, clear out drive grate.
Clean all windows with pure water. I never give a 10/10 because there is always room for improvement.
However these chaps did a magnificent job, they were polite, friendly and no bother.
They were here all day and only stopped for a short break for lunch. They obviously have the same work ethic I grew up with (which is rare these days).
I will definitely use them again.

Clean 3 gabber ends with pure water. Rafe and Jony did an excellent job and made my house sparkle, the standard of work and how very nice they are made my day.
I am elderly and they took great care to make sure I didn't stumble on any of their equipment.

Supply and fit 4 leaf guards. Upon arrival the team explained how the job would be carried out. A couple of extra items were pointed out to them and these were dealt with.
After the job was complete the work area was left clean and tidy.
In all a professional and friendly work force.

Dry clean moss off rear roof treat with algoclear inc chimney side/back Rafe has been with me all day cleaning moss off roof and treating the sake. Gutter vac all house and extn gutters wash gutter and fascia with 100% pure water unblock 2 down pipes. I was happy with the work which was more extensive than I had requested but I wasn't available on the day for discussion about the firm's findings when they viewed the gutters and drainpipes. The final total cost was higher than expected as a consequence, but in the event I am glad to have had a through job done.

Gutter vac and clean all house garage gutters, remove house martin nest, supply and fit 2 plastic shields. We were not at home during most of the time the work was being done but on our return we found Rafe to be very friendly and professional and he was working in a very tidy manner. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.
