Welcome to Out of the Gutter 2025 —your trusted property maintenance and cleaning experts since 2008. We proudly hold SMAS Worksafe and SSiP accreditations, along with IPAF licensing for safe operations up to 20m in height.
Serving various places in Norfolk and Suffolk, we now offer an expanded range of external property maintenance services, including solar panel cleaning and protection, as well as specialist bespoke work for heritage buildings, such as churches.

Guttervac all gutters wash down with pure water. Supply & fit. We have dealt with Out of the Gutter for the past 3 years and on each occasion a truly professional service has been provided. Good value for money. You choose what services you want without high pressure salesmanship being applied.

Pressure wash drive clean & treat moss on roof. Clear and clean gutters, clean windows. We are so pleased with the team’s work. They worked steadily, safely, cheerfully and produced an excellent finish.
