Throughout the process at all stages from initial contact, site visits, quotation, acceptance & pre-delivery, installation & completion etc we found all their staff, administration etc very professional and competent. We are very pleased with the work that they have carried out, & would happily recommend them.

Very good to deal with, knowledgeable, helpful and did a good job, leaving the house tidy. Very well organised company with a clear contact person – rather than a call centre maze.

Supply 4 windows & fit 3 of them. The windows were good value. Just a small slip up. They were supplied with ‘horns’ though not required. Fitter had to return to base to have the ‘horns’ removed. Not a big deal.

I have very high standards and expectations and would have no hesitation at all in recommending Broadland Windows – in fact I would say don’t even got anyone else in to quote for a job. I had several other firms in to quote and Broadland stood head and shoulders above the rest.
