There was a long time between paying the deposit on 5th April and the work being done on 25th July. I had to ring 3 times to find out a date for installation. I was initially told it would be 8 weeks.

On arrival at the Broadland showroom the ‘salesman’ was occupied but one of the surveyors was passing through & gave me clear and comprehensive information about the product I wanted. No ‘sales talk’ no hard sell, he was excellent and very knowledgable.

This was the second time we have used Broadland Windows, finding the firm trustworthy. Minor issues were dealt with instantly and I have every confidence in the product and the service.

We found Broadland Windows to be totally satisfactory from day one, their saleman was honest and helpful we did not feel under pressure. The survey was carried out in a professional and polite manner. The builders who laid the base were professional. Friendly and very hard working. The installation team were equally friendly and hardworking. Both the builders and the installers left the site clean & tidy. At the loop at every stage. We are very satisfied with our conservatory and the service we received.
