I had used Broadland Windows 10 years ago for the provision of a front door and patio doors. Invited them to quote for the replacement windows. Not the lowest quote but based on previous experience chose them. I was not disappointed.

Steve and Malcolm were an absolute ‘Dream Team’. They arrived promptly, humoured my 6 years old, accommodated my two Great Danes. They worked hard and the working areas were spotless at the end of each working day!

Fitting of new front door and two side panels. Quality of the move and side panels is very high, thick stud glass and frames. The quality of fitting was exceptional, no mess left and cables were hidden.

I organized Broadland Windows and conservations to put in double glazed replacement windows for my mother who is 90 yrs. [Mis. Doreen Walker, Syndestone]. I just couldn’t rate this company highly enough. Every aspect of the work was to the highest standards - information, advice, communication, cost and workmanship.

A very good experience from start to finish. No hassles at all. I got a price from the start which I felt was fair and didn’t have any follow up calls saying manage special and the price was less.

Except that the salesman on 3rd January said that the surveyor would be in touch “next week”, but I heard nothing until 20th January and he came on 23rd.

Disappointed that we were not told that payment by CC would incur an additional fee. Overall, satisfied with the service though information was vague at times and communication not that good. Workmanship and fitting was very good.
