We had our windows and front door replaced.Our experience of using Broadland Windows was excellent from start to finish.The salesman was very informative and helpful and kept us up to date with our order and the two fitters Steve and Matt were excellent ,hardworking,punctual and very tidy.

Broadland have fitted a number of replacement doors & windows for us over several years (at 2 different properties). Always efficient and friendly, and the earlier doors/windows they have fitted have stood the test of time well. So we'd have no hesitation in going back to them if/when we need anything further.

Through Broadland Windows, I’ve had 5 new double glazed doors and 9 new windows for my home over the past 3 years. Each installation experience from start to finish has been professional, efficient and friendly. It’s a real joy to deal with an independent business, providing a fabulous level of customer service, that is sadly rare these days. They genuinely care about their customers and their level of workmanship is excellent. I would thoroughly and confidently recommend them.

Was concerned about spending a large chunk of money on new sliding doors, especially as there are a lot of dodgy companies out there. I did my homework and Broadland windows made me feel confident. The fitting went well and I love the doors!

We had new aluminium windows and doors and new conservatory fitted in May 2021.
The experience was excellent from start to finish. Advice and surveying was first class. The quality of the materials is excellent. Fitting was done efficiently and very neatly. There was no mess, fitters turned up on time and made an excellent job of their work.
The whole team take pride in their work and make every effort to ensure the customer is pleased with their services and products.
There were no surprises and costs were identical to the initial quote.
It is a large investment but with this company you can be sure you are going to get quality. Highly recommended.

I had a new wooden exterior door from this company. I wanted it to be anthracite grey on the outside and clear wood on the inside. They were very attentive to what I wanted, the door is just what I wanted and the price was very competative.

Broadband Windows Ltd are the installers for roseview Windows. I had had an eye on the roseview range for a long time. My house is a late Victorian house. The windows I inherited from the previous owner did not look like the original ones. The top range of roseview UPVC are Windows that can be used in conservation areas. I took the plonge.

I decided to have all windows replaced as well as front door and back door. Dealing with Broadland Windows was simple. I went to the showroom to see what they offer. They gave me all the options and explanations and were not pushy.

After I made my decision and accepted a quote, I was able to discuss further details with the surveyor. When everything was agreed and the workmen came to install the windows and doors everything went smoothly. The people who installed the windows are clearly skilled professionals, and they were friendly.They worked efficiently, starting early in the morning.

A slightly negative point was that I discussed with the surveyor painting my wooden window seal at the back in French Grey as this was the colour of the window frames at the back, but the surveyor forgot to mention it on the workmen's worksheet and I forgot to check when I signed off. This is not a huge problem as when time comes I can repaint them.

A positive point is that there was a tiny factory deffect on a window pen for the kitchen. It was so small that I did not notice it, but the workmen did and had another unit ordered.

Another positive point. The colour I chose for the front door was a standard one (this is a nice colour and a customized colour would have been expensive). This is fine as my front windows are ultimate roseview with a white colour. However, when it came to the back of the house where my frames are French Grey, I was under the misapprehension that I was limited in the colours to chose from and selected the same as for the front door.The surveyor phoned me after the factory people discussed with him wondering why I had not specified French Grey for the door. This was sorted out and I got a French Grey door. This care and attention to detail was much appreciated.

I am fully satisfied with Broadland Windows limited work, and with the product installed (my neighbour thought my windows were traditional wooden sash windows).

I recommend Broadland Windows Ltd. If you want a quality product with top workmanship you should certainly consider this company.

We had a Heritage Rose sash window and an aluminium back door in a Crittall-like style. We are especially pleased with the door because of its look and quality. It was well worth the extrta cost over a pvc or composite door.

I commissioned Broadland Windows to supply a bespoke front entrance door with matching sidelights. The satisfaction with this work was to subsequently lead to a second commission to replace 20-year old UPVC windows and patio doors in my Garden Room. Everything was undertaken very professionally with minimum disruption. The result has not only been a vast visual improvement, but the energy savings and reduction in noise levels have been most noticeable. Recognising that when quality and workmanship are placed very high on your agenda - ‘you-get-what-you-pay-for’ - and where these two projects were at the top-end in cost terms this will certainly not deter me from carry on with my commitment with Broadland Windows to undertake other projects in the future.

The work was done on time and to a very good standard. The guys were pleasant and considerate. Not the cheapest quote we got but it was well worth going with them.

Not the first time we've used Broadland and once again provided the best quote for the style of windows we wanted at the front of the house.
