3 windows Very good efficient workers, a problem arose (completely my fault) but was soon rectified on site, a very good job done.

Replacing four windows. We had visits and quotations from four companies. Broadland were mid price range. It was difficult to justify the much higher price of one of Broadland’s competition and impossible to ignore the dreadful internet reputation of another. The Broadland salesman kept to the part, did not try to “hard sell”, and gave an honest idea of time needed. The installer were very polite and worked rapidly to a high standard with no hours.

Fitting a new patio door. I was very satisfied with everything.

Installation of 3N2 new double garage windows and removal and disposal of 3 n2 old D/G windows. Very neat job, good finish and the fitters cleared up very well when finished. All round very pleased and would us them again in the future.

All double glazing replaced in PVCU. A good job well done by a pleasant team.

White plastic exterior door. Excellent workmanship, very pleasant tidy workmen.

Install double glazed windows to bathroom and kitchen. Broadland windows were brilliant from start to finish.

Installation of patio door.

Replace windows/patio doors and front door with double-glazed units and hardwood d/g front door. We were very pleased with all aspects of this home improvement project.

Very clean & tidy work. Staff worked efficiently & were very polite. Would have no hesitation in recommendation.

Replace 2 bay windows at front of house at ground floor and first floor levels. Replace car port windows. Very good service, installing team were friendly and professional.

Replacing front door to patch. Replaced 3 1837 bedroom windows which certainly were not standard sizes. The fitters carried out a difficult job faultlessly, particularly making good around the inside area of the old porch door.

Your salesman tried to push the cheapest option which is not what we wanted.

2 UPVC wood grain sash windows. See under tidiness. There was debris left under scaffold. Possibly difficult to avoid or see, but quite a lot to wash away in the rain, down the gutter & would caused blockage.

Front door, small pantry window. Everything is satisfactory so far.

Replacement windows

Replacement of timber windows, porch and french doors to a listed cottage. Service was excellent from start to finish. Everything went smoothly from survey to installation, apart from 2 panels of double glazing breaking due to high windows. Replacement sent next day. Fantastic service.
