Your salesman tried to push the cheapest option which is not what we wanted.

2 UPVC wood grain sash windows. See under tidiness. There was debris left under scaffold. Possibly difficult to avoid or see, but quite a lot to wash away in the rain, down the gutter & would caused blockage.

Front door, small pantry window. Everything is satisfactory so far.

Replacement windows

Replacement of timber windows, porch and french doors to a listed cottage. Service was excellent from start to finish. Everything went smoothly from survey to installation, apart from 2 panels of double glazing breaking due to high windows. Replacement sent next day. Fantastic service.

Replacing a complete windows frame for one with an air vent. Replacing faulty glass in a further window under guarantee. The firm dealt sympathetically with the problem I had with faulty glass in one window and took the initiative to get a replacement, as opposed to the glass manufacturers, who were obstructive and unpleasant. The firm also listened and advised the regarding the replacement window and the problem I had has been resolved. The firm itself is a pleasure to deal with. They are polite, friendly, efficient and produce excellent results.

New front and back doors; new windows in porch (to match windows installed in 2010, also by Broadland). Once again, we are totally satisfied with our new doors and windows in the porch. We had originally employed Broadland in 2010 to replace most of the windows around the bungalow, built in 1908. The quality of the work and the professionalism of the team are to be recommended – definitely a trader to be trusted in our opinion.

We are delighted with our new windows and intend to have the remaining old windows replaced with the same style next year. Thank you for such an excellent job.

Four new windows. Two of which were quite large. I feel that I made the right decision when I decided on Broadland Windows.

Replacing small bay window. They were unable to give any reasonable idea of when the work would be done, other than in about 3 months time. Their chances are quite sequence for the work carried out.

New front door and frame. (wood) new back door work. The workmen were very good. They were prepared to take time to explain what they were doing and answer any queries I had. They were very tidy. The only thing I would like to say is that the guarantee is difficult in that it cannot be handed on to any new occupier unless an extraneous fee is paid. I think this should be disallowed as it causes unnecessary problems and expense.

Replace two sash style windows The company were clear with the service. Arrived at appointments on time when booked. Workmanship very good. Made no mess or disruption. Very professional.
