I was disappointed that when I was about to sign the contract for the work it transpired that the price did not include the door despite numerous emails going back and forth clearly stating that the door was included in the quote. So it cost me £600 more than quoted price and I had gone with you as v.reasonable quote. I was pleased with work.

Bedroom window with internal blinds. Kitchen window with fan fitted. We are pleased with blinds as they do not get dusty - great invention - only 1 person was excepted to put in large window alone and also kitchen window with fitted fan and fan fitting needed 2 people - would have been difficult if my husband was not here. Only 1 key for escape window I have asked for a spare.

Installation of 3 windows(brown outer and white inner)installation of new front door with decorative glass panels. Customer service - excellent quality of products is excellent too- the white inner has made a great difference to the light in the rooms concerned. Replacement of part-glazed rear outside door with hardwood frame & door and d/g lights. Initial Contact and advice was thorough and professional. Contract price was offered after site visit by rep and surveyor. Lead-in time for work was explained as 3-4 months. After enquirey a firm start date was given and kept. This included the erection of scaffold platform. Installation was very well done leaving bedroom and doorway needing no redecoration. No mess was incurred in house by team accessing bedroom. Thoroughly satisfied with workmanship of products and performance of team.
