Have dealt with Broadland for almost 15 years and always find them first class for installation and service.

Work was supposed to be completed by October 2012 but was not done until Feb 2013. On the day work was to start at 9:30 am but workers arrived at 7:50am.

The second installation of the windows and porch to the rear of our property were not made as well or finished as well i.e welding, as be first window installed December 2011. But Broadland do not make the windows they are bought in!!

Broadland were the only company we spoke to who really knew their product and gave very good advice. Not the cheapest but a very good quality professional job- we are very pleased with our windows.

Conservatory, windows, doors Design: Staff listened to our needs on our odd sized windows, eventually finding the perfect French aluminium doors which made the rear of the house. The advice on hardwood doors and windows, including handles, locks and hinges etc was first rate.

Workshop: The staff seemed very professional in the construction phase, questioning minor details on designs.

Installation: Very professional with minimal mess. Windows, doors and conservatory fitted exactly. Staff were very helpful and a pleasure to have in the house.

Overall: The house was noticeable warmer as soon as the first 6 windows were fitted. The action including locking mechanisms on doors and windows exceeded my expectations. Although the quotation was the most expensive of four, I''m very pleased with the results.

This is the second time I have used Broadland Windows and I have found them to be an excellent firm.

We have not seen the work as the property is a rental property and we live 300 miles away. So unable to comment further. However the tenants are very happy with the work and very satisfied.

Supply and fit 2 PVC double glazed windows plus one PVC double glazed back door. In an industry with a notorious reputation, this company is a breath of fresh air. No phoney special offers or pushy sales talk. They listen to your requirements, explain the options available and quote one honest price. Their fitters are friendly, skilled and tidy. We used them about 5 years ago, for a front door and two windows and their service was as good at first time.
