Replacement of 3 windows bungalow. My enquiry was handled very promptly. There was a delay before the survey or came. The installer was excellent. I said to him that if this country's workers applied themselves and produced the high standard he did, we would have no problems with reduced output.

New front door and window. Wrong door glass fitted, this was soon corrected.

New front door and frame in composite material. Very low key and polite workmen.

We had a large window replaced in the large. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and to a good standard.

Replaced 2x very large single glazed bay windows with stained glass fan lights(period property) plus smaller bedroom window to same specification. We chose broadland as it is a long established double glazing firm with an excellent reputation.
We were impressed by how courteous, considerate and helpful every member of the team was from initial enquiry through to final site visit.
We were appropriately advised when required. All costs were explained. The installed windows are sympathetic to the style and age of the property. We are delighted.

Replacement of 8 windows front door and side light. Generally all very satisfactory. Originally confusion over price via builder but when dealing direct, all went smoothly and professionally.

Install a new bathroom window. Office members of staff very helpful. A site survey was carried out within a good time frame and we were also offered advice on another window we were having trouble with.

The fitter turned up at the time and date agreed and was very friendly - he also fixed another windows broken handle free of charge.

Replacement windows in the front of the house. Malcolm arrived an time introduced himself and was very friendly. All was done very professional, clean a tidy. We had one mishap but was rectified as promised very quickly and without fuss.

Installation of three upstairs windows, bedrooms on suite and bathroom. Excellent product, service and installation.

Replace all windows(hardwood) plus 2 patio doors. Our only disappointment is that the faulty glass unit in front door is still not satisfactory!!

Replacement of wooden back door with UPVC with cafflap. We shopped around and found that broad land windows could provide a front door with leaded windows and house number in the top light for a much better price that the national companies could do a door with plain glass.
