They were pleasant and polite and left the house tidy. They showed me how to operate the windows. I cant remember their names but they were very good at their job.

Replacement aluminium anthracite grey windows, this completed work to our whole house as we had bi-fold,french and patio doors installed in Oct 2016. This was the third installation that we had asked Broad land windows to do. We are delighted with the transformation this has brought to our home. The quality of the windows and workmanship is high. Installation of double glazed kitchen windows. To further improve the service, if further works are to be carried out by other companies (i.e.refurbishment) it would be helpful if protective plastic covering was left on the window and frame.
This option could be offered when the customer is asked if further works are to be carried out by another company.

Remove window, enlarge hole to fit larger wooden frame. We needed our new window fitted before our new kitchen went in. Broadland Windows was the only company that was prepared to take on the job. The window is matched up with the existing windows and is of excellent quality. It was not a easy job to expand the opening in a flint stone wall!

Two new double - glazed windows following a break-in. There was a bit of wait for an appointment.

Installation of 8 windows plus 1 door and side windows. All appointments and installation times adhered to. Very good fitter, no mess left, all cleared up.

Replacement of 3 windows bungalow. My enquiry was handled very promptly. There was a delay before the survey or came. The installer was excellent. I said to him that if this country's workers applied themselves and produced the high standard he did, we would have no problems with reduced output.

New front door and window. Wrong door glass fitted, this was soon corrected.

We had a large window replaced in the large. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and to a good standard.

Replaced 2x very large single glazed bay windows with stained glass fan lights(period property) plus smaller bedroom window to same specification. We chose broadland as it is a long established double glazing firm with an excellent reputation.
We were impressed by how courteous, considerate and helpful every member of the team was from initial enquiry through to final site visit.
We were appropriately advised when required. All costs were explained. The installed windows are sympathetic to the style and age of the property. We are delighted.
