From the original enquiry through to the completed job I have been entirely satisfied with the service , quality of workmanship and the quality of the windows and doors . The team of workmen that came were courteous, efficient and clean and tidy in all they did. I was most impressed with the attention to detail in the finishing of the brickwork , plastering and woodwork carried out. The final finishing of the sealing between the windows and doors and the fabric of the building was first class. I would thoughrerly recommend this company.

3 new windows were fitted. Dealing with Broadland Windows was excellent from start to finish. I visited the showroom twice where all my questions were answered with no pressure to buy at all. Measuring & surveying all very efficient, a couple of questions about the contract were answered promptly. On the day the fitter turned up on time, he was very efficient, thorough and left everything neat and tidy. My neighbour came round to see them & was very impressed with the new windows. I'd recommend Broadland to anyone.

Had bifolding doors fitted, they look fabulous and I love them. The fitters did a fantastic job, very professional, the doors look as if they have been there all the time. Beautiful job and beautiful doors.

I had three sets of windows replaced. The removal of the old windows was carried out efficiently & with very little mess. The workmen were polite & knowledgable. The site was left clean & tidy & with minimal decorating work to do. The replacement windows are of good quality & appearance. The quotation for the work was below that of competitors. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Used Broadland windows every time i need window or door replacement always found the items to be of good quality. The workmanship is good and the service is reliable. Might not be the cheapest but they are quality and I can confidently recommend them.

Broadland Windows did a fantastic job for us. They fitted new front and side doors, and Bi Fold doors and I can't say enough about them. Fitters were fantastic and a pleasure to deal with and they couldn't do enough for us. The doors look amazing. Highly recommend them

I had the lounge and bedroom bay windows replaced at the front of my house (6 window units in total). Also a new front and back door, plus a new conservatory roof to replace an ageing perspex roof. Broadland Windows took great care throughout the process from advice on products, measuring, delivery lead times and fitting. Their team were professional and trustworthy, and paid great attention to detail to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction.

The fitting team were exceptionally efficient and professional, completing the job over just four days with minimum disruption. The quality of the workmanship and finish was excellent and with all mess cleared every day. The very friendly and helpful team kept disruption to a minimum.

Over the last 10 years I have used Broadland Windows for replacement windows and doors for my own home, my son's home and our village hall. A wide range of products have been purchased, namely: conservatory, french doors, windows (including tilt and turn).

I had four upstairs windows installed owing the previous ones failing due to age. I had to wait a few months for installation (as they were so busy!), but I cannot fault the value for money and service, which was excellent. Installation day was managed extremely efficiently (it only took them three hours to do the whole job!), and the installers were courteous, punctual and hard-working. After-sales service was also very good. I recommend Broadland Windows for their attentive and efficient service and value for money.

Broadland have fitted a number of replacement doors & windows for us over several years (at 2 different properties). Always efficient and friendly, and the earlier doors/windows they have fitted have stood the test of time well. So we'd have no hesitation in going back to them if/when we need anything further.

I have used Broadland three or four times over the years and have always found their products and installation guys to be first class. They have always responded quickly when there have been any minor issues.
