Very fast and efficient installation, always friendly, great value, no pressure from sales people – just a straight forward no obligation quote. The installers even repaired a gap in our brickwork for free! Highly recommended.

I’ve used Broadland before, and would use them again (subject to quotation). No pressure during the sales process, yet open to negotiation. Communication was good, although I did have to contact them to confirm a start date for the work. No problem during installation. A good experience. Well done Broadland.

There was a long time between paying the deposit on 5th April and the work being done on 25th July. I had to ring 3 times to find out a date for installation. I was initially told it would be 8 weeks.

On arrival at the Broadland showroom the ‘salesman’ was occupied but one of the surveyors was passing through & gave me clear and comprehensive information about the product I wanted. No ‘sales talk’ no hard sell, he was excellent and very knowledgable.
