HGS diagnosed my recent heating problem as a faulty thermostat. They provided and fitted a new thermostat including showing me how to use it.

Exceptional service from start to finish. I am In the process of selling my property and required a boiler service as soon as possible. I called Rob at HGS who could hear the sheer panic and worry in my voice and immediately reassured me and helped. he made me aware that due to being so close to Christmas they have had a lot of emergencies so it may be unlikely they will get me in before. Rob and the team were very efficient in keeping me updated and a few days later called me to say they could fit me in - a week before Christmas. The engineer Ash came to do the work, he was efficient, tidy and very polite. The team were fantastic and I couldn’t sing their praises anymore. Highly recommend, amazing and well priced. A great company. HGS found a gas fire for my father (98) who relies on the fire for warmth in his main room. They stuck with it through technical and supply issues and managed to get it installed before Christmas and have made a big difference to his life. All of the people (Rob and his staff) have been incredibly helpful and proficient throughout, and I recommend them without qualification.

Upon initial contact Rob was amazingly friendly and calm. He managed to get me booked in on the coldest day of the year. Matt attended and completed the work, again extremely professional and reassuring. Great value and good, honest service. Thanks you both, would highly recommend.

HGS replaced my boiler in an emergency 3 years ago and I've used them ever since to service it. The same engineer comes every year, which is great continuity, he's professional, on time and always friendly.

HGS have serviced our heating system for many years and we have never received anything other than an excellent service. They are highly professional and their staff are always polite and friendly. Drained down the heating system,replaced eight TRV's on our heating system, two service valves, refilled the system adding inhibitor and fitted a new kitchen tap (supplied by me).

The heating engineer was very polite, laid sheets down on our stair carpet, I really couldn't fault him or his workmanship.

I'm very glad that I used HGS, it's difficult these days to find good service, and they have this in abundance. Will know who to contact in future.

I've been using HGS for my boiler service many years and found them very professional and reliable.
I had recently have them do the below works and am extremely pleased with the end results. Not only were their jobs very well done but they were also very friendly, approachable and prompt in replying to any queries I had! I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing/boiler related works.

HGS were great, very responsive when we had a problem with a shower that had leaked and ruined a wall.

Other plumbers didn't seem interested when they had simpler jobs they could take on instead of us, but Rob and the team at HGS talked us through what we needed to do and were patient and understanding while we arranged other trades to work around their visits. Very happy with how everything turned out.

We used HGS to service our radiators and sort heating problems. The service was terrific. Mike at HGS gave us a very prompt analysis of our issues, followed up by a comprehensive estimate and the workmanship was top grade. Very neat and tidy, very clear explanations of the issues we had and what the solutions were. Great service, and I highly recommend HGS. The price was exactly what they had quoted. They do a great job.

Been using HGS for a few years, always friendly, efficient and helpful. Recently decided to replace our old boiler which they did for us very quickly for a good price. The work was neat and the guys were friendly and professional. All mess tidied up and our boiler cupboard neatly modified for the new boiler. Recommended.
