We used HGS to service our radiators and sort heating problems. The service was terrific. Mike at HGS gave us a very prompt analysis of our issues, followed up by a comprehensive estimate and the workmanship was top grade. Very neat and tidy, very clear explanations of the issues we had and what the solutions were. Great service, and I highly recommend HGS. The price was exactly what they had quoted. They do a great job.

Brilliant company and service - HGS went above and beyond to diagnose and remedy issues with our domestic hot water system. I have been using HGS for several years to do maintenance work, carry out repairs and Landlords Gas Certificates on my rental properties and my own home.
They are always extremely pleasant to deal with, very efficient, always give me cost details for approval before carrying out the work required , plus their charges are very competitive.
When routine work is due they contact my tenants to make mutually convenient appointments which makes life so much easier for me.

They carried out a full boiler service.

The work we wanted a quote for was a new boiler, issue with our toilet and bathroom tap and to replace the kitchen sink. I contacted this company via Trusted Trader to quote for a new boiler, issue with our toilet and bathroom tap and to replace the kitchen sink.

Initially we received an email from Rob asking for contact details but haven''t heard from him since and even after chasing them up! Not a good first impression.

I have now found a professional company to complete this work.

Repaired & semi re-installed the boiler flue & replaced the pump. HGS were friendly, competent and informative. They managed to fit us in quickly & arrived promptly on the day. They explained what the issue was, gave us a fairly accurate quote & carried the work out well.

Replacement of unreliable faulty multi-point water heater with Baxi 25kw combi- boiler Rob at HGS came to my rescue when my multipoint water heater broke down in my property in North Walsham that was let out.
He explained my options clearly and recommended I installed a Baxi Combi Boiler which would be reliable , easy to maintain and give the option of central heating in the future. However this was not an easy task for him as there was a shortage of available combi boilers country wide , in addition we had to satisfy the Freeholders of the property as it was a leasehold flat and the tenant was without hot water. We worked together and Rob not only managed to provide drawings of the job approved by the Freeholder but also source the Baxi Combo of choice and installed it within a week and with an excellent deal on price to boot! Thus great satisfaction was achieved for myself the Landlord and my tenant .

Assessment of old boiler and replacement with new one. HGS were helpful and responsive at a busy time of year. The work was done well, and the kitchen left tidy afterwards. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. I have had them in for 3 jobs now and very happy with them all, highly recommended.
