Fantastic service from start to finish. Matt came and resolved a multitude of issues with our boiler and even managed to pair our problemed thermostat back up. Matt was friendly, highly knowledgeable and efficient and always showed me what work had been done to boiler. He noticed and quickly fixed issues with our condensate pipe outside that other firms didnt.

From previous bad experiences with other local firms, I was worried about rolling the dice on another firm. So glad I did though, would recommend these guys to everyone! Stellar work!

I've had a few jobs completed very well by HGS recently - new taps, boiler service and radiator repair. Ash did a lovely aul job (and was a lovely fella) and Christine in the office is always efficient and good humored - would have no hesitation in recommending this firm heartily

I was a bit daunted at the prospect of having my entire heating system revamped, including back boiler removal, new boiler installation and new radiators and pipes, but the service was excellent, the stress was low and HGS were absolutely fantastic. Extremely pleased with everything I received! I have used this company multiple times for smaller jobs as well over the years and will continue using them as my first choice.

First time using HGS on a recommendation from my son. Some significant remedial work was required on a combi-boiler, and options and costs were clearly explained. They provided a very professional and competent service. It was pleasing too that they were will to be accommodating regarding the timing of the appointment.

HGS were recommended to us when we bought our house in Norwich in 2012. Since then we've stuck with them for any plumbing or gas work. They installed a new boiler and have serviced it since. Christine in the office is always a pleasure to deal with and the company is reliable, professional, efficient and they even remind you when things like services are due. Recently we had a boiler issue 2 days before exchanging contracts as we sold our house and Rob went above and beyond to send someone to fix it - saving the day.

We cannot recommend HGS Plumbing highly enough. We had our boiler fixed, and a new toilet and sink fitted along with new radiators upstairs. The team swiftly prioritised our emergency repairs in order to restore our hot water the next day and returned the following week in order to complete additional new works. All parts were ready and the engineer worked quietly and efficiently, completing all of the required work in one day to a high standard. They caused minimal disruption, were polite, friendly and knowledgeable and importantly cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We were very impressed with the service received.

I spoke with Rob at HGS as we had an emergency call out for a broken toilet valve, Rob couldn't have been any more helpful and had an engineer with us ASAP. cant thank the team enough and will defiantly be using them again!

HGS provided a tip top service, the engineer was,polite, on time,and very keen to carry out the work, he cleared up all the mess,and worked until the job was done.

We needed a new shower installed. HGS was quick to respond, competitively priced, and effective. We were very satisfied and would gladly hire them again!

After detecting a noise like a tap left on, HGS spent some time and effort detecting where the leak was and fixing it. It turned out that water was leaking at a phenomenal rate from a corroded pipe connecting the meter to the house. HGS kept me informed at every stage and did their absolute best to minimise disruption. Their work was top quality and they provided me with photos of the work for my insurance company. They are quick, hard working and very friendly. I've used HGS for many years now and would highly recommend them. I wouldn't use anyone else!
