I’ve used HGS twice now, first for a leaky toilet and then last week for replacing my old, knackered boiler. Both times, they booked me in earlier than expected, which was great for a quick turnaround. The work was spot-on – no issues at all. The chaps they sent were friendly and professional, and my new boiler’s working perfectly. Really pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

Our immersion heater was regularly tripping out leaving us with no hot water in the morning.

HGS are a great company to deal with. You don’t get any nasty surprises with them. They look at what needs doing, give you a price and time and do it.

HGS have regularly serviced our gas boiler since 2019. In 2025, they installed a new boiler for us, after the old one failed to work. Their services, repairs, and installations, are always thorough and well-explained, and their staff are always friendly and informative. A highly recommended company.
