I have used HGS for a few years - boiler servicing, boiler replacement and other heating issues. I have always been pleased with their work and customer service. Most recently, Matt came to look what I thought was an issue but which proved to be a lack of understanding on my part! He was great, explaining how that particular part of the system worked and told me how I could test his assessment once the heating system had cooled down. He was absolutely correct. I will definitely continue to use HGS.

I had an excellent experience with HGS Plumbing in Norwich and would highly recommend their services. Despite being extremely busy, they managed to attend my elderly parents’ property much sooner than expected - arriving on the same day.

From the first phone call, Rob was exceptionally courteous and helpful. He explained the situation clearly and set realistic expectations, advising that it might take a couple of days to get someone out. Given that my parents (aged 78 and 82) were without central heating due to a boiler fault, I was incredibly grateful when he arranged for an engineer to visit that very afternoon.

The engineer was professional, knowledgeable, and very considerate. He was able to get the boiler running again by addressing an issue with the pump and also took the time to bleed a couple of radiators. My parents were extremely pleased with both his manner and the quality of his work.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the team’s efficiency, honesty, and genuine care. HGS Plumbing provided outstanding service at a time when it was truly needed. Highly recommended.

I got this plumber recommended by a friend, and I’m really glad I went with them. From the start, Rob was great with communication, very accommodating when I needed to reschedule due to work, and always kept me updated.

The plumber arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issues with both radiators, and completed the repairs efficiently. Everything was done timely and as per agreed budget. A part of the job was not necessary so I even got a lower invoice at the end.

HGS have serviced my boiler for several years, always do a great job and they send me reminders each year that it's time to book a service. Recently they also made time in a really busy day to come and fix a leak in my kitchen that was threatening to become urgent, and they fixed a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. They're very reliable and they try hard to accommodate urgent jobs. I highly recommend them.

I’ve used HGS twice now, first for a leaky toilet and then last week for replacing my old, knackered boiler. Both times, they booked me in earlier than expected, which was great for a quick turnaround. The work was spot-on – no issues at all. The chaps they sent were friendly and professional, and my new boiler’s working perfectly. Really pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

Our immersion heater was regularly tripping out leaving us with no hot water in the morning.
