From the initial phone call to the completion of the work every one we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The replacement of a boiler part was carried out next day. The fitter who came was friendly, (carried on working while chatting) completed the work quickly and efficiently. Everything was left clean and tidy.

HGS attended an emergency boiler programme failure at my sons house within 24 hours of a call and managed to fit it in between jobs, identified a motorized valve and wiring problem and had replacement parts on the van to complete a repair and test. Replacing water pumps on hot water system in a small hotel, at very short notice, on Christmas Eve 2015. Simply wonderful. A crucial hot water pump, enabling showers to work in all the ensuite bathrooms had been incorrectly installed by another firm. We faced the prospect of hotel guests having no hot water over Christmas. HGS agreed to come on 24 th. I managed to source the necessary pump in the morning, and Paul, highly experienced plumber and generally good egg from HGS, worked on during christmas Christmas Eve to ensure all was sorted. Service beyond the call of duty and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Andy Neale (age 25).

Gas boiler repair. Repaired and tested within 30 minutes of arrival. Excellent service. Fantastic service! They helped us at short notice, and fixed our boiler within 30 minutes of arriving. Customer service was second to none! HIGHLY recommend.

Replacement of boiler valve. We had to go to hospital on the morning of the repair. We came back to working central heating and no mess – wonderful.

Annual boiler service and replacement of some theromstatic radiator valves It was a pleasure to have found HGS on Norfolk Trusted Traders as they were efficient, friendly and fair in all dealings. It was also a pleasure to have Sam in our home as the engineer assigned to our job. Despite us changing details of our requirements, everything went smoothly and HGS contacted us to ensure we were satisfied with their service. We were, and we will return. As we get older, we look for trustworthy traders. HGS was 100 % fitting the bill! This was all after being let down by our regular boiler servicing company.

Installing new flush in toilet cisterns. I received an excellent service from this company. Very thoughtful and came back to finish job at no additional cost after problem with mains water. Thank you.

HGS were excellent!! From the service I received from the office to the engineer. They fully explained everything to me, ‘felt extremely looked after, ‘ felt that HGS really cared about me and my job would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend them.

Install new oven and hob (gas) & disconnect old in accordance with gas safety regulations. HGS are excellent I work for a property lettings company and use them for gas & plumbing work recommending them to clients the communicate well attend quickly & always at appointed times. We use them for work on our own properties also.

Replaced basin and taps. Very pleasant to deal with, responsive and arrived when promised. Only concern was an increase in the bill but did call to advise on this.

Removing hand basin and replacing with new 2-tap one. Slight muddle over what time plumber would arrive, but his work was excellent, including something one a solution to the hot water pressure. I did certainly recommend him.
