I spoke with Rob at HGS as we had an emergency call out for a broken toilet valve, Rob couldn't have been any more helpful and had an engineer with us ASAP. cant thank the team enough and will defiantly be using them again!

HGS provided a tip top service, the engineer was,polite, on time,and very keen to carry out the work, he cleared up all the mess,and worked until the job was done.

We needed a new shower installed. HGS was quick to respond, competitively priced, and effective. We were very satisfied and would gladly hire them again!

After detecting a noise like a tap left on, HGS spent some time and effort detecting where the leak was and fixing it. It turned out that water was leaking at a phenomenal rate from a corroded pipe connecting the meter to the house. HGS kept me informed at every stage and did their absolute best to minimise disruption. Their work was top quality and they provided me with photos of the work for my insurance company. They are quick, hard working and very friendly. I've used HGS for many years now and would highly recommend them. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Brilliant job by Matt of HGS Plumbing and Heating, no concerns recommending HSG for all plumbing and heating needs in future. Had a Gas Safety Certificate inspection and annual boiler service carried out. A few issue were identified and promptly remedied professionally and at a reasonable cost.
- Found leak from AAV
- Boiler found to be working safely
- Drain, isolate & remove faulty components
- Supply & fit new AAV as necessary
- Supply & fit new magnaclean filter and repipe as necessary
- Refill with added inhibitor
- Reinstate supplies and carry out operational check

Just a small job to change a couple of taps and the job was done in a reasonable time scale by a polite member of staff diligently

Had an issue on our un-vented system, HGS managed to get an engineer out quickly who resolved the issue, engineer was polite and helpful.

HGS plumber carried out work to replace the inlet valve on my toil cistern.
As usual, Rob's response to my telephone call was swift and the work was of the usual HGS high standard.

I had the taps replaced on my bathroom and kitchen sinks. HGS are very professional and helpful. The office based staff kept me informed throughout and the plumber who did the work was quick, thorough and professional. He cleared up and there was no mess at all. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Boiler Service, engineer discovered an error made by the installer of the boiler in my new house. He rectified this, took a photo and gave me written evidence. Very professional. The engineers are always very polite and friendly.

HGS investigated a fault with my boiler and replaced two pairs of bathroom taps. They had been recommended to me by a friend who used them when they had their boiler replaced. I found their service to be excellent. Whenever I phoned, I spoke to somebody who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The engineers on both occasions turned up on time. The man who checked my boiler did a thorough job, was polite, friendly, answered all my questions and offered good advice. The young man who fitted my taps did a good and professional job. It is a relief to find a dependable service like this and I shall definitely be using HGS again, as well as recommending them to my friends.

I needed a new stoptap aswell as a boiler service. Rob in the office advised me on a couple of issues to ensure the stoptap could be fitted where it was easiest to access. The job was booked easily, the man arrived at the time arranged. He was polite, tidy and cleaned up thoroughly after the 2 jobs were done. He even apologised that there would be some noise, as some pipes needed cutting.
I have used HGS before and have always been very happy with the level of service.

Boiler serviced plus a check on all the radiators as some were not coming on anymore. Everything done quickly and professionally with a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

HGS Plumbing & Heating recently replaced my boiler and I was very pleased with their service. Very responsive, organised and with good communication. Just to say how impressed we were with James and the quality of his work. He was polite and helpful throughout the day, always ready to answer our questions and explain things. At no stage did he appear to be rushing the work to finish and get away, despite being here from just after 8am to just before 6pm. The heating is working better now.

HGS went out of their way to rearrange their work load and get an engineer to come out the same day. What a relief in cold January.They solved the issue straight away , ordered the parts and got us back working as soon as they possibly could. I've used HGS for a couple of years now and they have always been excellent. You ring up and the phone gets answered by someone who knows what they're talking about. They come out quickly, their engineers are polite and skilful and they're happy to explain things thoroughly.
