Drained down the heating system,replaced eight TRV's on our heating system, two service valves, refilled the system adding inhibitor and fitted a new kitchen tap (supplied by me).

The heating engineer was very polite, laid sheets down on our stair carpet, I really couldn't fault him or his workmanship.

I'm very glad that I used HGS, it's difficult these days to find good service, and they have this in abundance. Will know who to contact in future.

HGS were great, very responsive when we had a problem with a shower that had leaked and ruined a wall.

Other plumbers didn't seem interested when they had simpler jobs they could take on instead of us, but Rob and the team at HGS talked us through what we needed to do and were patient and understanding while we arranged other trades to work around their visits. Brilliant company and service - HGS went above and beyond to diagnose and remedy issues with our domestic hot water system. The work we wanted a quote for was a new boiler, issue with our toilet and bathroom tap and to replace the kitchen sink. I contacted this company via Trusted Trader to quote for a new boiler, issue with our toilet and bathroom tap and to replace the kitchen sink.

Initially we received an email from Rob asking for contact details but haven''t heard from him since and even after chasing them up! Not a good first impression.

I have now found a professional company to complete this work.
