1½ hours cleaning each week. My cleaner always does a good job. She is friendly and helpful.

4 visits a week for support and taking out. shopping and social activities. I am reclusive and have no friends, but my carers visits make me happy, and I enjoy my rides out with them very much.

Washing up, laundry, cleaning windows, general cleaning, any reaching up or kneeling, shopping and paying bills.

The support I receive is either to take me to do my weekly shopping or to do the shopping on my behalf. I can trust my carer to do my shopping for me as she has done under lockdown and to make sensible decisions about what to buy if the shop has not got the exact product that I specified.

Cleaning social calls. All the ladies are helpful and kind and we can have a laugh.

Alison is my cleaner and also do some shopping. Alison is a excellent cleaner, very nice lady and a brilliant cleaner.

2 hours twice a week to help with house work and a chat.

Social call I am very pleased with the service especially during these times.

Dust a polish furniture vacciumine bed chamain and washing clean bathroom kitchen floors. I am well pleased with the service provided by Alison and support-in-hand.

One session each 2 weeks (2hrs) cleaning washing up bed linen change, folding clothes, decluttering. Very friendly service, efficient and meets my needs willingly she has made me feel better about my living area.

Social visits and help with shopping and cleaning. My lady is called Alison, She is lovely so helpful to me, Giving me company and lovely conversation.

I receive support for house cleaning, washing and shopping also costing through the mail. I receive a good support from this care agency. Very satisfied with any of other cares who replace my usual carer should she be on holiday or off sick.

A support worker with car takes me for outings, assisted super-market shopping, medical appointments etc. Very satisfied. They discuss what I want to do and advise how best to to it. They are very positive ad supportive. They know the destinations and make the most of my outings.
