House cleaning fortnightly. Anne has proved to be very reliable and got on with my father very well.
We are very satisfied with the standard of cleaning.

Conversation (safegarding)of Peter in his home. Peter is not able to respond to written information or telephone conversations. His power of attorney deals with major decisions and finance. He has appointed me to support Peter in attending medical appointments etc and day to day supervision of his needs. Support in hand have helped Peter 2hrs/week since August 2014. They have been prompt. Kind + considerate + flexible to Peter's needs most helpful BG presented.

House cleaning once a week. Very satisfied with the service provided.

Haley corner for 1 hour in early morning to give me breakfast, leave my lunch ready and get me up for the day. She is reliable, on time, fill of fun,very efficient and I couldn't speak highly enough of her.

A support worker with a car takes me out for shopping, Garden centres, appointments. Day and time to suit me. Very satisfied.
They discuss what I want to do and advice how to do it.
Carers are very positive and supportive.
They make the most of my trips out.
They judge well the pace I can manage.

Take us out, about to all the places I wish to go. I like the carers that take me out, very helpful and considerate.

I receive help with cleaning, washing clothes + ironing + going shopping. Very happy with the support I receive. They meet all the needs I require.

Visits daily to make me a drink, make bed and move only snacks i need. Exceptional service.

Help with all domestic tasks and needs. Help with attendance to all medical appts. Support in hand staff are always polite, prompt, professional and very very helpful. I cannot fault the service I get. They have helped me stay independent and confident in my home.

General housework. Supports whilst husband goes out. Companionship. Very good company with people I can trust, very respectful.

Cleaning and laundering weekly. I am more than satisfied by what is being done because I am now not able to do these things for my myself.

Once a week to do all my cleaning. The lady that comes to see me is easy to talk to and is very through and is very punctual.

Four visits a week to take me shopping and out to lunch, also cleaning.
