I am more than happy with the service I receive. Alison is very thorough and leaves my house sparkling. She is friendly and sociable and a pleasure to know.

All lovely ladies, caring and kind.

Work done is 2 hours every 2 weeks. This is general domestic cleaning including main bedroom, en suite, bathroom, hall stairs and landing down stairs toilet and kitchen/ dining room.

The lady who carries out the work is very pleasant and trust worthy, she is always on time and carries out the work efficiently. It is easy to talk with her about any changes needed. She keeps me informed if there are any changes in her calendar in which case the company covers . I have not been let down in all the time I have used this service and would recommend to any prospective client.

The service provided by Support in hand, is excellent. They provide both a cleaning service & a carer service. They are a pleasure to deal with, always adaptable when changes occur.

Kevin was flexible when some other work I was having done overran, which meant he had to return the following week to complete the last flower bed.

Take of area of rotten floor boarding to 1st floor hallway and replace with new as requested. Supply and fit new smoke detector to ground floor hallway.

Supply all materials clear away all debris from site. Very satisfide with the work done.

Cleaner. Anne is very reliable.

1½ hours cleaning each week. My cleaner always does a good job. She is friendly and helpful.

4 visits a week for support and taking out. shopping and social activities. I am reclusive and have no friends, but my carers visits make me happy, and I enjoy my rides out with them very much.

Washing up, laundry, cleaning windows, general cleaning, any reaching up or kneeling, shopping and paying bills.

The support I receive is either to take me to do my weekly shopping or to do the shopping on my behalf. I can trust my carer to do my shopping for me as she has done under lockdown and to make sensible decisions about what to buy if the shop has not got the exact product that I specified.

Cleaning social calls. All the ladies are helpful and kind and we can have a laugh.

Alison is my cleaner and also do some shopping. Alison is a excellent cleaner, very nice lady and a brilliant cleaner.

2 hours twice a week to help with house work and a chat.

Dust a polish furniture vacciumine bed chamain and washing clean bathroom kitchen floors. I am well pleased with the service provided by Alison and support-in-hand.

One session each 2 weeks (2hrs) cleaning washing up bed linen change, folding clothes, decluttering. Very friendly service, efficient and meets my needs willingly she has made me feel better about my living area.

Social visits and help with shopping and cleaning. My lady is called Alison, She is lovely so helpful to me, Giving me company and lovely conversation.
