Visit twice a week. Once to clean and chat again to shopping and chat. Happy go lucky lady and She's lovely. Does everything she is asked to do. Very nice lady. Good cleaner works hard.

Deep clean and de-clutter of property to enable safe living environment. Did an amazing job in the circumstances. Beyond me to do it myself. Saved me from myself. Very pleased.

Fortnightly domestic cleaning and checking for maintenance problems of they occur. I am very happy with the service I receive.
All the staff who have attended have been polite, courteous and pleasant.

General household cleaning.

Cleaning once a week and help with shopping. I'm really happy that Alison comes in, she's a great help.

Currently general household chores Katherina is a very reliable, caring worker. She carries out her tasks to a high standard. 100% happy with the service provided.

The care takes me shopping and carriers heavy bags etc. for me. The caret is kind, friendly, helpful, willing and efficient.

My house looks spick and span when my cleaner has finished. Wonderful.
Could not do without them. They are always cheerful.

Two hours cleaning once a fortnight.

Carer visits for 2 and 1\2 hours one day a week.
Sits with customer whilst husband shops.
Prepares mid-morning toast/coffee. Washes up and does ironing on request.
Customer is very content with chat and company provided. It is good that the same carer visits each week.
Carer leaves kitchen in a tidy condition.

A support worker with car takes me for outings.
eg. to garden centers.
To assisted supermarket shopping, appointments etc. Very satisfied, they discuss what i want to do and advise how to do it.
They are very positive and supportive.
She judges the pace I need.
She really knows the destinations and makes the most of my trips out.

Clean floors dusting and polish mob floors in kitchen and bathroom chance bedding fortnightly. All work done.
With care and thoroughly to my satisfaction.
