Cleaning, tidy round, washing, shopping. Very happy with everything they do for me.

They provided support and friendship to elderly mother in the home. Support in hands would also clean, shop make meals. Basically everything a family needs if they cannot be with the elderly person themselves. The service was excellent first rate care with our mother. Always communicating with the family. Understanding and thoughtful. Wonderful!

I have one hour a week on Fridays to do my cleaning. I'm very happy with the service I receive and get on well with my support worker.

Weekly domestic cleaning Very satisfied with the level of service provided. Has proved to be reliable and efficient. Only minor point was that the original agreed date was changed but this has now reverted to a new suitable day.

Cooking, ironing, supporting the children. Always on time, if they have sickness they will always replace with somebody. All staff pleasant and adaptable to what is needed.

Cooking, housework and shopping. My husband has had a serious stroke and as I am his 24 hours carer. I could not cope without the help of this excellent service. The staff are very caring, helpful and considerate and I would most certainly recommend the company to others needing a similar service.

I have a cleaner called Juliet who comes to my house every two weeks. During the two hours that she comes, Julie cleans the kitchen and bathroom floors and vacuums throughout she also generally dusts all over. The service provided by Helpinhand is very good and reliable. Juliet is an excellent cleaner and very personable.
