House hold cleaning and ironing. Friendly and competent staff. Work well done. A great help for me who has too go out to work but also attend to the needs of a husband with Parkinsons.

3 x 1 hr each week to support 92 yr old mother with general household chores. It’s absolutely fine/perfect for our needs.

Weekly domestic cleaning Very satisfied with the level of service provided. Has proved to be reliable and efficient. Only minor point was that the original agreed date was changed but this has now reverted to a new suitable day.

Cooking, ironing, supporting the children. Always on time, if they have sickness they will always replace with somebody. All staff pleasant and adaptable to what is needed.

Fortnightly cleaning service. Occasional trips to hospital for appointments in eye clinic etc. Very satisfied with all services provided staff very pleasant & friendly.

Cooking, housework and shopping. My husband has had a serious stroke and as I am his 24 hours carer. I could not cope without the help of this excellent service. The staff are very caring, helpful and considerate and I would most certainly recommend the company to others needing a similar service.

I have a cleaner called Juliet who comes to my house every two weeks. During the two hours that she comes, Julie cleans the kitchen and bathroom floors and vacuums throughout she also generally dusts all over. The service provided by Helpinhand is very good and reliable. Juliet is an excellent cleaner and very personable.

Dust & hoover throughout clean bathroom & kitchen windows in rotational basis. A friendly but professional approach its my requirement giving me a feeling of complete confidence.

Support for my elderly mother in her home. Giving her company and doing small jobs like shopping, taking her out, encouraging her etc. They would be cleaning etc as well but mum had a cleaner. They were excellent. Mum enjoyed their company and looked forward to their visits. I was always kept informed and the support workers knew my mum very well and cared for her. The company lets you know as soon as possible if their are any concerns.

A carer with car takes me for outings. To garden centres, or assisted supermarket shopping. I expect to use for appointments in the future. Day and timing is variable. Very satisfied. They discuss what I want to do and advise how to do it. I find the carer very positive and supportive. She judges the pace I need better than I do. She really knows the destinations and makes the most of my trips out.

The service provided is excellent, the staff are always preferred to listen on the phone, they always ring it there are problems. The carers are brilliant. I cannot say enough good things about the service, everyone is marvellous.

Support in Hand provides many different levels of practical assistance for 5/6 of our more vulnerable residents or the sheltered scheme. I find the staff conscientious and considerate and have a very good working relationship with them.
