Cleaning – have only had 3 visit thus for. Very satisfied. The people involved are very pleasant, friendly and professional. We have no adverse comments.

Support for my elderly mother in her home. Giving her company and doing small jobs like shopping, taking her out, encouraging her etc. They would be cleaning etc as well but mum had a cleaner. They were excellent. Mum enjoyed their company and looked forward to their visits. I was always kept informed and the support workers knew my mum very well and cared for her. The company lets you know as soon as possible if their are any concerns.

A carer with car takes me for outings. To garden centres, or assisted supermarket shopping. I expect to use for appointments in the future. Day and timing is variable. Very satisfied. They discuss what I want to do and advise how to do it. I find the carer very positive and supportive. She judges the pace I need better than I do. She really knows the destinations and makes the most of my trips out.

The service provided is excellent, the staff are always preferred to listen on the phone, they always ring it there are problems. The carers are brilliant. I cannot say enough good things about the service, everyone is marvellous.

Support in Hand provides many different levels of practical assistance for 5/6 of our more vulnerable residents or the sheltered scheme. I find the staff conscientious and considerate and have a very good working relationship with them.

Shopping for food provisions and clothes shopping. Cooking meals. Going out for lunch, going to family's home. Going to medical appointments and collecting prescriptions, washing & cleaning. Very happy with service. Everyone is very professional but very understanding and caring and very friendly.

2 hours weekly help to keep mums bungalow clean. Bathroom & kitchen x 2 bedrooms, dining room, sitting room all polished. Hoovered coffee & chat with mum. Impressive! Lovely lady, very cheerful & helpful, nothing too much trouble. Chats to mum & talks about photo's etc. Work is of a very high standard.

They do my washing, cleaning take you out to shops and other places. Shopping. I am looked after well and everyone arrived on time. It is a very good service.
