The Service provided for me is a fortnightly cleaning of my house, doing whatever need’s doing. The service I have received to date has been excellent.

Kitchen floors & surfaces. Shower floor & toilet. Vacuum other floors & dusting & polishing. The cleaner lady is thorough. Arrives promptly & gets on with her work.

Support in Hand supplies us with domestic cleaning – specifically ironing and cleaning. We have used Support in Hand for over two years now and always received an excellent standard of service. The staff are reliable and trustworthy and the quality of work is consistently high.

The ladies take me out shopping, for lunch, day trips, cinema & theatre trips and I also have a lady who cleans and does my washing for me. Very good, don’t know what I’d do without them.

I have a lady who cleans for me and helps me with my bills and paperwork. Fantastic

2 hours per fortnight to clean bathroom and hoover all through, and help me change duvet any odd jobs needed! I am very pleased with the service. “My lady” is very pleasant, and does a really good job.

Shopping, cleaning, meal preparation. Wonderful service, wonderful staff, very satisfied.

They are the jobs I am unable to do. Girls are very helpful.

I have two types of service – I have a lady that takes me shopping and outings and I have a lady that does cleaning for me. I am satisfied with the help I get.

Domestic cleaner Excellent, polite, prompt and professional.

Cleaning house internally. More than adequate.

Cleaning/companion for husband with dementia. Kept on for my benefit after his death. Never left in the lurch, reliable.

General cleaning with occasional extras as required & as time permits. On the whole, very happy. Would prefer to have advance warning of locums.

This service is very good and so very reliable and so there is nothing too much trouble at all times and make you feel they always find the time whatever. Very satisfied and bright and cheerful if even when they have a bad day sometimes.

I have a lady come in every two weeks to help me with the cleaning and dusting. I am very happy with the service provided, and over the last eleven months have developed a rapport with my cleaner.

Cleaning, shopping, general support & help anyway that they can & they have top mark from me anytime. It is an excellent service & I would recommend it to anybody.

Shopping Without the service I wouldn’t go out. So I feel the service is very good.

I think the service provided by my carers is very good. They are very reliable, punctual & friendly.

Cleaning & laundry I am really satisfied with the service.
