We called left a message and receive a prompt call back. Member of staff came and conducted survey of site. Job was agreed and within few days a date for work to start was arranged. We received a phone call on date of job just to confirm arrangements. Mark and Scott arrived as expected on time, completed job with minimal disruption. Explained in detail about locking tank and how to use tracking device. When had to come inside they took their shoes off. What a service

TRS came to diagnose and rectify an intermittent `fire-up` fault with our oil fired central heating boiler with the initial communication with the company representative being very polite, helpful and informative. A senior engineer was immediately appointed to attend with this intermittent fault and attended later that day as the engineer was in the area at the time. It became obvious that their engineer was completely familiar with our particular boiler; testing and diagnosing multiple faults with the unit.
I was included this process on an observational basis (without crowding the engineer!)and the faults being explained in detail. This company is dedicated to customer satisfaction and aftersales. With service like this it is destined to last for generations to come. Very profound comments but I do my homework having been `bitten` in the past.
