I needed a replacement oil tank, I phoned and spoke to David who was able to speak most knowledgeably about my requirements, we arranged a site visit and David was most courteous and professional he confirmed my requirements to conform with the fire regulations that meant moving my 25 year old tank from its original position. By 10am the next morning he had emailed my quote and on my acceptance made arrangements for the job to be completed the following week.
The two men (Scott and Adam) that came and did the job were very thorough and hard working the job was finished and everything cleared away by just after lunch.
I do not normally do reviews but on this occasion the service that I received really was 5 star.

1250l Domestic Oil Tank replaced. Tank Replacement Services were very helpful with arranging to complete the work at short notice. Work completed promptly and site left clean and tidy.

Used for a number of years and best company in Norfolk for tank replacement and boiler servicing.

Phoned TRS when oil tank cracked. Came out to look and quote the following morning and gave a written quote which we accepted.
New tank was installed asap on the Monday.

We notice we had a problem with our oil tank at lunchtime, contacted Tank Replacement Services immediately and by 4pm we had a new oil tank installed, oil replaced and old tank taken away. Very efficient, courteous office and installation staff.

As TRS had done such a good job replacing my mums oil tank two years ago, I asked them for a quote to replace my aging tank. David came round and gave us an in depth quotation, with a number of options for both steel & plastic tanks and then Adam & Mark came round to remove our old tired, single skinned, stretched and cracked tank and install our new Deso 1400 bunded tank, I could not be happier with the results, the team were friendly, knowledgeable, clean & tidy, and have left us with more room and larger oil capacity, the standard of work is very high and nothing was too much trouble, they explained everything to me, and answered any questions I had.
