We needed to replace our old oil tank with a new one set in a position to abide by current safety legislation. Tank Replacement Services were recommended, not only by the engineer who services our boiler, but also on our local neighbourhood website. We were impressed by their website and reviews. David carried out the initial site inspection and provided us with much needed advice, with no "hard sell" whatsover, which was also so refreshing that we did not seek any further quotes! Mark and Adam worked hard spending a day to remove our old tank, prepare the site David had decided on, which wasn't that easy and install the new one and get it up and running. Good Proper Old-Fashioned Service at it's very best ! We have no hesitation in recommending this company and in fact have already done so.

I had an oil delivery planned for Monday 10th March. The driver put a card through my door refusing to deliver as the tank had a crack in it (so small I could not see it!), saying I needed a new tank. I rang TRS explaining my situation, they quoted me for a new tank (which I accepted) and said they would do it the next day as I was short on oil and needed to reschedule the delivery. They came next day and did a super job. Very helpful all round.

I am not at all surprised at the glowing reviews that TRS receive..... and it is a pleasure for me to add to them. I had a problem with my oil tank.... but not for long due to the EXCEPTIONAL response and efficiency of TRS. My initial call could not have been handled better.... polite...helpful and understanding of the need for a remedy given the time of year and temperature. I was told that help would be given within an hour and it was!! The two chaps that fixed the problem were equally polite and efficient and things were up and running very quickly. I can honestly state that it is one of THE best service that I have ever received and I have no hesitation IN HIGHLY RECOMMENDING TRS....It is good to feel confident re' calling upon them again should the need arise. We received an exceedingly efficient service from TRS. The site visit happened very soon after our first enquiry and the work was done within a week later. The disruption was minimal, all the staff were very pleasant and the work was done to a high standard.

I was really impressed with the prompt service and kindness shown towards my elderly Dad when his boiler broke down. Despite being really busy TRS really went the extra mile to ensure his heating was up and running again. It was good to deal with an organisation which kept me updated and were reliable and dependable.
