I contacted David on a Sunday after having found our oil tank leaking. David gave clear advice, he was professional and patient, he answered all of my questions. After sending photos and access measurements, David arranged new tank replacement for the Thursday. The men who did the job were great, access wasn't easy and they made it look effortless. Tidy and efficient too. Overall, professional and quick service.

Crew was delayed but communication could have been better. Appointment was first job (9am ish), eventually arrived around 15:00. Messed up our day. Phone call wasn't received till gone 10am with no updates except when we phoned.

Firstly, I think it is always good to use a local firm than national firm. We had been recommended TRS ourselves and were mostly impressed by the excellent customer service and communication. Particular thanks to David for providing a good solution and coming prepared for the first meeting with pictures of tank options. TRS today fitted a replacement oil tank; our old tank was past its sell by date, the weather was the wettest it has been for several days, but the job was completed in spite of the rain by two very polite and cheerful employees, a very professional job, can highly recommend this company.
