Contacted David on the Monday and our tank was delivered and fitted on the Thursday . A proficient service throughout ! Our tank had to be moved to comply with regulations but the two young men did an amazing job with our garden - clearing up any mess and removing waste - thank you so much - would highly recommend this company !

Needed a leaking oil tank fixed, TRS came out at 5pm on a Friday just 30 mins after my call.
They transferred my oil into a holding tank so I had access to hot water over the weekend.
On Monday they phoned at half nine, gave me options for replacing the tank with costings, then were at my house by 11 fitting a new tank.

They were absolutely brilliant. The men who installed the tank were knowledgeable, polite and worked very efficiently. They fully explained all I needed to know of the working of the tank.

Contacted TRS having received good reports ref supply and installation of goods. Very prompt response when requesting site visit and quotation. Installation carried out on arranged date - removal of old tanks, transfer of oil, new base as quoted - reinstalled all within a working day. Site was left tidy and connections to pipework all carried out correctly. No issues, no extras. Would recommend without hesitation.

Prompt response to leaking small split in oil tank. Temporarily sealed. David the Rep was here within 2 hours, measured up, gave me my options and a very polite young man had replaced the tank and disposed of the old one 2 mornings later. Very efficient service.

David Elvin was a very personable, professional and helpful person. The installation team, Mark and Adam, worked very hard and their work was excellent and they tidied everywhere after themselves. We highly recommend all aspects of the company.

TRS were brilliant. Our oil tank sprung a leak over the weekend and after a web search we phoned TRS who answered immediately and gave advice of a temporary fix that worked instantly. The tank was over 20 years old and so needed replacing and within 24 hours a team arrived and installed a shiny new one which was not easy given the access. The team from sales and install have renewed my faith, no corporate script, over seas call centres, broken promises, just pure professionalism. Thank you.
