Decant oil from old plastic tank. Remove it.

Install new metal tank and decant oil into it.

Check all connections and secure in good working order. ETA was given as 9-9.30.

By 10.45 we ran office to see why no-one had arrived. Team did another job prior and arrived shortly after. Notification of time change would have been appreciated. Otherwise, very good efficient and professional service.

David Elvin gave me very good advice on sealing the leak temporarily and then on replacements tanks both over the phone and online.
