Drains cleared (they were blocked). I phoned a Friday (pm) and team was here by 7pm dot evening. Really pleased. Best price and great service.

Mess left everywhere. Job not done to satisfaction. Problem re occurred. Lots of water damage. Rang to ask for further visit was told no. Disgusted with service we would like a refund due to problem not being resolved and appalling customer service.

Unblocking an external drain. Tim arrived exactly when he said he would and unblocked the drain as promptly as he could. He was friendly and explained exactly what he was doing at all times. When he left he ensured he’d cleaned away any mess so the garden was left clean and tidy.

Cleavage of side drain using a winter jet. Drain had never blocked before I couldn’t clear it TSM had the job done in about 10 minutes with little fuss, would use again if I have a similar situation.
