Cleaning a blockage from downstairs toilet drain. Friendly, efficient, helpful service. Company could do with looking a payment method as cash card machine did not work after trying several times.

Ball valve replacement in tank. And new toilet fitted. I phoned Tim about pack of hot water, which he fixed then asked why my toilet was making a noise; he realized I had a bad leak which resulted in a new toilet fitted. I’m very grateful to Tim for finding this problem, it obviously took a lot longer than he had anticipated, but he got stuck in and fixed it straight away. I was very happy with all his work.
