Inspection chamber blocked, full of sanitary and wipes etc. 2 houses use same outlet. Fully unblocked and flushed out.

Noticed over a period of time, toilets and shower tray backing up. Rang TSM in the morning, he arrived in afternoon, inspected and fixed the problem within hours. All done very pleased with results, our drainage is split with neighbors.

Repair burst pipe above ceiling in downstairs lobby area. Tim was great, arrived within 90 mins of calling and completed work within the hour. Very pleased.

To unblock 2 toilet which was not flushing full flow. The toilet was removed and taken outside to remove and build up of timescale which has reduced the diameter in the W.C. This was removed using a water jet. The toilet was re-installed and the flushing mechanism replaced with a new one. Tim was prompt to arrive and although it took a while to locate what was causing the blockage, he kept searching until he found it. He then repaired it completely, leaving no mess. I was delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Removal of cistern and pan for replacing all components. Excellent work by experienced and very able plumber.

Diagnosing smell in bathroom and replacing an air ventilation valve. The plumber was excellent and provided a super service. This is the second job he’s done for us, and he was totally reliable. He took £10 off the quote, as the job took less time than he’d anticipated. Very honorable! We are really delighted.

Installation of new tap. Tim provided an exceptional service. He made everything quick and easy. Explained what he was going to do, kept me up to date with progress, delivered on promises and did a great job. Really impressed with how simple it all was would definitely use again.

Fixing a broken flush in my toilet. Tim was brilliant, he emailed me very quickly with a quote and arranged to visit when I asked him. He was friendly, respectful, tidy and completed the job quickly and well as he’d brought the correct parts with him. He gave me some advice on another complex plumbing problem - he seems to know his stuff.
