This is the second time we have used TSM Plumbing and we have been very pleased. The work was very efficiently carried out and on time. Would highly recommend this company.

Water drop test. Replaced fill valve (w.c) Generally. Very good!!

Work was explained clearly, done quickly and well. One tap could no be repaired because – the main valve is too old and can’t be shut! This was explained and good ideas for how to go forward proposed.

To repair a perforated central heating duct, inserting isolation valves and a new section of tubing. Wonderful emergency service, while screwing down loose floor bonds, I’d stupidly decided through a central heating pipe on a bank holiday Sunday. Didn’t know what to do. Had to stop the flow with my thumb over the hole. Phoned British gas at fixt. Broke off the call in exasperation. They tried to get me on a contract and refused to do anything without my credit card details. TSM were quite different. Helpful and sympathetic on the phone. They got a van to me in no more than 15 minutes. Cured t he leak & effected a permanent repair in next to no time. All for little more than an emergency call-out change.

A young man came, very polite & presentable on time. Fame and price for the job while he kept to. The job was finished on time.

Jetted gulley pot to clean blockage Provided a quick response & arrived promptly. Was very professional & helpful in detecting problem & finding manhole etc.

Replace U/S gate value in designing cupboard. 24.04.12. Tim was polite, professional and carried out work to my complete satisfaction even took his boots off at door. Very impressed.

Mending burst pipe.

Replace kitchen taps with mixer tap. Removed and replace side inlet W.C fill value and replaced overflow connector. Replaced o-ring on hot tap. This was the second time I had used this firm. I am very happy with the quality of the work done and the excellent service I received. I will be using TSH Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. I have confidence in this company.

Friendly and professional service. They answered mobile on Saturday afternoon and visited that evening to fix a leak in kitchen pipe work. Very pleased with result, and I would recommend.

Replaced tap washers on bathroom and kitchen hot taps. Work then tested. Excellent service. IT was an emergency call out. (couldn’t stop tap dripping). Very prompt service. Have now booked to have my kitchen taps replaced.

Having been “ripped off” previously by a different firm to the tune of £125 for one tap washer (no really!). I found this young, keen plumber to be brilliant. He was polite, hard working, clean, very enthusiastic and set me totally at ease; he explained costs, work details and everything really clearly. He has only been qualified a few years but is fully equipped, knowledge and of highly recommend him.

Refurbish two bathroom basin taps. A good job done.
